Villa Moana – Villa for 10 guests with heated pool and jacuzzi in Capbreton

The villa opens onto a large wooden terrace, ideal for relaxing during the holiday. Guests can enjoy a saltwater heated swimming pool secured with a rolling cover, a jacuzzi and a plancha, offering comfortable outdoor living throughout the season. Up to two vehicles can be parked inside the garden.

On the ground floor, the villa features an L-shaped living and dining area of approximately 40 m², opening directly onto the terrace and pool area. The open-plan kitchen is functional and fully equipped with a four-burner gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Villa Moana can accommodate up to 10 guests, with a well-balanced layout of sleeping areas. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, an alcove study area with an extra bed, and a bedroom with a single bed. A bathroom with corner bathtub, large shower, washbasin and storage, as well as a separate WC, complete this level.

The upper floor is accessed via a small spiral staircase leading to a landing opening onto a terrace with external access. This level includes a bedroom with two single beds, a small shower room with washbasin and WC, and a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed.

Villa Moana is suitable for family or friends’ holidays at various times of the year. The property is available for rent year-round (heating supplement applies outside the summer season). The swimming pool is winterised from November to April. Bed linen is not provided. The property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Outside the peak season, arrivals are possible on days other than Saturday.
