Is it always your dream to spend your holidays in a historic Engadine house? At the Chesa Perini-Albertini in La Punt in the Engadin your dream will be. Behind time-honored walls hides on the one hand our small, private "museum of local history" and on the other hand a holiday house with modern comfort.





In recent years, we have renovated, renovated and decorated our house with great attention to detail, respect for history and the joy of contemporary design. Up to 7 people can spend 200 square meters in a very special atmosphere, cozy, relaxing holiday. Our private "museum of local history" as part of the Chesa Perini Albertini, invites you to a journey into the past of the Engadin and La Punt. It is to marvel and experience history, but not to live and use.

Ground floor: our local museum welcomes you on the ground floor, in addition you will find a cloakroom and a toilet there

1. OG: Large open living room with access to the dining area (table for 10 people) and kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso machine, a historic Arvenstube with room for 4 people, a double room with two single beds

2nd floor a further living or play room with sofa, TV, video, DVD, to relax, a double room with double bed, a triple room with a double bed and a single bed

Bathroom: two bathrooms with daylight, equipped with toilet and shower, on the 2nd floor the bathroom has an additional bath, the toilet is separate





All bedrooms have a spacious closet. The house also has a washing machine, a tumbler, a ski storage room and a garden.






Additional costs:

Visitor's tax / tourist tax: included in the price (compulsory).
Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of 300 CHF (obligatory).
Electricity: once per object included in the price (compulsory).
Bed linen: to be rented once per person for 20 CHF (obligatory).
Towels: per person per week included in the price (compulsory).
