Urlaub August 2024

Vermieter verlangt nach Abreise zusätzliches Geld / Landlord asks for extra money after departure

------------------------------------------------------------------- Fischbach is a great place for a family vacation - we did a lot and had a great time. However, there were several problems with the apartment and the landlords: (1) the shower was completely moldy and at the departure, the landlord blamed us for the mold spreading further and asks for several hundred euros (despite the fact that we constantly kept the bathroom window open due to the mold), (2) the apartment does not have a separate entrance, we had to use the hallway of the apartment of the landlords which got problematic when they caught Corona and refused to wear masks or leave us alone when we had to pass there, (3) it is not possible to stand upright when cleaning the dishes at the kitchen sink. Very unfriendly landlords and they are apparently trying to renovate the apartment (which is really necessary) at the expense of the guests.
