Just make a relaxing holiday in the wonderful town of Meersburg on Lake Constance. We offer a lovingly furnished apartment near the center and partial view of Lake Constance. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Two bedrooms, kitchen with everything that belongs to it, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and much more. There is also internet access. In addition to the use of the Internet and telephone calls are available throughout Germany free of charge. Due to the close location to the center, shops, the castle and the Bodenseestrand are easily accessible. Also for leisure activities is sufficiently taken care of. Weihnachtsurlaub

Die Wohnung war in gutem Zustand und ist für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern passend. Für meine Frau und mich war sie sehr geräumig und angenehm. Es fehlten einige Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. Sets als Unterlage beim Essen. Auch waren die beiden Bratpfannen alt und in schlechtem Zustand. Die Wohnung liegt gut. Zur Altstadt von Meersburg sind es fußläufig etwa 10 Minuten. Für uns war es ein gelungener und schöner Aufenthalt

Der Bodensee Blick konnte nicht ganz punkten

Leider befand sich vor unserer Ferienwohnung eine Baustelle. Somit hatten wir auch keinen Parkplatz. Der Vermieter wurde von uns informiert doch eine Antwort haben wir erst nach unserem Aufenthalt erhalten. Die Wohnung ist für 5 Personen ok, aber gemütlich ist es nicht wirklich. Die Küche ist einfach zu klein um vernünftig kochen zu können. Auch die Sauberkeit hat uns nicht wirklich überzeugt können. Die Fugen im Bad waren schwarz. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist einfach schon abgewohnt. Unser Aufenthalt war ok mehr aber auch nicht. Da wir den ganzen Tag ausser Haus waren konnten wir ganz gut damit umgehen. Ein nächstes Mal wird es nicht geben.

Wohnung mitten in der Baustelle

Von Erholung kann man da nicht sprechen, ausser Samsung und Sonntag jeden Morgen ab 7 Uhr Baggerbetrieb vor unserer Wohnung. Baumaterialien wurden direkt vor unserem Schlafzimmer ab- oder aufgeladen! Mit der Baggerschaufel! In der Beschreibung stand Parkplatz vorhanden! Bei Ankunft ganze Straße Baustelle, gerade noch bis zum Haus frei, aber nur Parkplatz 3/4 mit Baumaterialien zugeschüttet. Matratzenschoner waren dreckig. Keine Auflagen auf den Stühlen am Balkon, sehr unbequem! In einer box waren 2 total vergammelte alte Auflagen! Gardinen verschlissen und mit Löchern. Die Küche ist neu und sehr sauber. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist ein Kinderzimmer!! Und kein Schlafzimmer für Erwachsene. Kein Stauraum für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Woche Urlaub. Die Bilder im Internet lassen einen glauben, dass der Parkplatz direkt am See liegt. Das ist Täuschung, man hat zwar seeblick vom Balkon, muss aber über steile Treppen zuf Innenstadt ca. 15 Minuten laufen.

Wohnung muss teilweise renoviert werden und Einiges muss ausgetauscht werden

Alle Zimmer mit Ausnahme Flur und Wohnzimmer haben an der Decke Schimmelflecke . Im Schlafzimmer hat die Gardine 2 große Risse und in die Sitzbank hat scheinbar ein vorheriger Gast reingetreten. Ein großes Loch. Die Fugen im Bad im Bereich der Dusche sind sehr stark verschmutzt evtl. sogar verschimmelt. Die Armatur im Bad über dem Waschbecken ist total verdreckt. Die ehemals weiße Toilettenbürste ist braun! Der Abfluß im Bad (Waschbecken) ist bald dicht/verstopft. Alle 3 Balkonstühle sind kaputt und die Auflagen verspant. Auf Wunsch können Beweisfotos geliefert werden.
