In the middle of nature, you will find yourself in an architect's house of more than 600 square metres that can accommodate up to 15 people. An ideal place to meet with friends or family with swimming pool, spa, billiards, table tennis, grand piano, bowling alley on a 2-hectare plot. Overlooking a valley with a 180-degree panorama, you can enjoy the calm and the surrounding space 800 metres away on the heights of the traditional Aveyron village, Fondamente. The living space is organised around an American kitchen, dining area and various lounge areas in an arc on more than 200 square metres on the 1st level, accessible by lift. The sleeping area is composed of 6 personalised rooms with all a bathroom or shower room and toilet. The beds are double or single according to your convenience and prepare for your arrival. All the comforts and activities on site: for cooking, a large American kitchen with bread oven, barbecue, American fridge and professional gas stove. For entertainment: the swimming pool is secure with a pool house and the relaxation area with adjoining Spa on the ground floor, billiards and grand piano on the 1st level, atmospheric fireplace, table tennis and bowling alley, outdoor children's games. An lift allows you to reach the 1st level, the main living space of the house. A covered and outdoor parking is provided to be able to access the house directly.
We will welcome you personally on your arrival, the beds will be prepared according to your convenience, towels and cleaning are included. A reserve of wood for the duration of your stay will be available.
In the village, you will find a local shop with butcher's/traditional delicatessen/caterer on order / supermarket / bread and newspaper depot. From the house, many hiking trails on the Guilhaumard and Larzac plateaus on foot, by mountain bike.
