The tranquil and modern Villa Eleonas is nestled in an olive grove, offering complete privacy. Built in 2024, it is 700 meters from the sandy beach of Episkopi and 1 kilometer from the village of Episkopi. A short drive east along the national highway provides easy access to Rethymnon, a city that blends Turkish heritage with Venetian Renaissance influences, located 12 kilometers away. To the west (45 kilometers) lies Chania, built upon the ruins of an ancient Minoan city. Successively held by the Byzantines, Venetians, Ottomans, Egyptians, and Greeks, each civilization has left its mark.
Our villa, with its strictly private swimming pool, is surrounded by a 2,500-square-meter olive grove, its vegetation including olive trees, thyme, oregano, and other Mediterranean plants.
The villa offers panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding mountains. It is built from East to West.
Its 85-square-meter living space can accommodate 4 people or two couples and comprises:
- a kitchen adjoining the living room
- two bedrooms with double beds
The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with two sinks, a walk-in shower, and a toilet.
The second bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with a sink, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a washing machine.
On the West side, the living room, kitchen, and one bedroom have direct access to a large terrace and the infinity pool with breathtaking views of the sea, the gulf, and the olive grove.
On the South side, the second bedroom has a terrace overlooking the olive grove and the Cretan mountains.
On the East side, a large shaded pergola with a barbecue precedes the entrance to the house.
