Felix' apartment by the canal

Directly in front of our house is the Dortmund-Ems Canal on the edge of the business park Senden Süd. On the right side of our estate is a small forest. A very small paradise for ornithologists with great spotted woodpeckers, green woodpeckers, a Waldkautz, various songbirds. From November to February, a dolphin colony sleeps here.
The building is used in many ways. In the front part there is a commercial hall. A music troupe has her rehearsal room with us and once a week there is Irish Folk here. In the apartment you get nothing of it and at 22. 00 clock is also the end. Furthermore, I myself have a photo studio in the middle of the house.
The apartment is located in the side wing of the total building of 750sqm usable area. The apartment is ideal for one person but can accommodate 2 people and has 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 1.40m and 1 bathroom. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, 4 plate stove, oven. Toaster, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle. As a rule, salt, pepper and various spices are available. Coffee and sugar should always be there. Mineral water is in the fridge.
The apartment has its own access and a private parking lot right outside the door. There is an access from the property directly to the canal. Along the canal leads an ideal jogging, or Pathway. The center of Senden, is within walking distance in about 10-15 minutes. Also, the leisure bath "convertible" can be accessed on foot in 10-15 minutes.
A bus stop is located near the apartment, from where there is a very good connection to Münster or Lüdinghausen. Daily every 1/2 hour
