For groups larger than 7, it is necessary to book the second chalet. Quiet location in a small village 4 km from all shops (Lidl, Intermarché, Aldi, and Leclerc). Independent chalet, bakery/pastry shop 2 km away. The village of 220 inhabitants is in the mid-mountains at an altitude of 480 m; no mountain pass to cross to reach Gérardmer at 660 m altitude. Ideal for... Hiking and mountain biking excursions in the forest, with rates decreasing for longer stays. A large living room opens onto a spacious 20m² balcony through a 3.5m wide sliding glass door. Pets are not allowed except in exceptional circumstances if they are small. A security deposit of €200 to €400 is required depending on the season. A cleaning fee of €50 is available upon request for one chalet; this does not include putting away dishes or cleaning mattress protectors. Utilities included in the rental price: heating and tourist tax. Linens are not provided (duvet covers, fitted sheets, tea towels, pillowcases, and bath towels); you must bring your own.
