Fewo-Greetsieler-Grachten 3 - new building with top equipment suitable for allergy sufferers

You live in high-quality apartments with terrace or balcony. The house is absolutely quiet in a dead end, in a few minutes the historic center of Greetsiel is within walking distance.
All apartments are equipped for allergic persons and have an Internet connection. Our house is a non smoking house, pets are not allowed.
The floors have parquet or high quality tile fittings.
Two Vallox ventilation systems reliably filter pollen and other pollutants, significantly reducing the dust load.
All mattresses are fitted with mite-proof encasings, instead of down or feather bedding, high quality synthetic duvets and pillows are used.
In Greetsiel you can enjoy a healthy and mild stimulating climate with iodine-containing North Sea air.
In the garage you have a lockable storage for bicycles, etc., washing machine and dryer, are available.
All apartments have a multimedia system on high - quality HDTV televisions and are equipped with free Internet access via WLAN or network socket.
If you value a healthy diet while on holiday, we are happy to provide you with the current model of the Thermomix (TM 5) for a fee. If desired, of course with instruction.

Top-Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit prima Ausstattung
Wir waren Ende Juni 2020 zu Gast in dieser Ferienwohnung in Greetsiel und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Ecke und trotzdem nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum Greetsiels (Hafen etc.) entfernt. Die Ausstattung ist prima, das Bett sehr bequem. Auch den Balkon haben wir häufig genutzt. Das Mietobjekt war sehr sauber (Küche, Bad, Wohnbereich). Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert!

Greetsiel Gem!
We had a lovely stay in this wonderful, well-maintained apartment in Greetsiel. The shops and harbour are only a short walk away and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is clean and compact with a comfortable bed on the mezzanine. Bicycles can be rented in the town and used to explore the surrounding villages on safe bicycle routes. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others!

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Sehr schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort, den man braucht. Schon morgens haben wir auf dem Balkon frühstücken können. Gut gelegen, etwas abseits vom Zentrum Greetsiels, daher auch recht ruhig von der Lage.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön – hell und modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Die Lage war ruhig am Rand einer Siedlung. In 10 Minuten war man zu Fuß im Ort. Die Wohnung hat genau den Angaben des Inserats entsprochen.

Saubere, moderne Wohnung ideal für 2
Die Wohnung ist nicht groß, aber sehr gut geschnitten und eingerichtet; Dank Schlafbereich auf der Galerie sehr charmant. Der große Südbalkon ist ein Highlight, die Couch allerdings für lange, gemütliche Abende etwas klein. Auch die Lage ist super für sowohl einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Hafen, als auch Ausflüge.

Tolle, moderne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage
Hochwertig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Zum "Zentrum" von Greetsiel (Hafen, Restaurants etc.) sind es etwa 800 m. Bis zum Edeka-Supermarkt sind es ca. 500 m. Im Supermarkt sind alle Dinge für den täglichen Gebrauch erhältlich.
Sehr hilfreich waren die Ausführungen des Vermieters u.a. mit Restaurant- und Ausflug-Tipps. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Simply the best....
....was uns bisher an Ferienwohnungen begegnet ist!
Nette Begrüßung und Einführung in die Räumlichkeiten, die peinlich sauber und sehr geschmackvoll sind. Die Ausstattung hat insgesamt ihre 5 Sterne mehr als verdient (so moderne Technik waren wir gar nicht gewohnt) und die Beschreibung bzw. Erwartungen wurden übertroffen.
Fazit: wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal im Haus Greetsieler Grachten und können das Domizil uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!!

Ein Tolles Wochenende in Greetsiel
Das Ferienhaus ist super. Nicht nur das ich hier als Allergiker keine Probleme habe. Die Wohnungen sind geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Kostenloses WLAN ist inbegriffen. Wenige Geh-Minuten bis zum Hafen haben uns morgens und Abends zu einem Spaziergang veranlasst.
Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen
