Small house with 2 bedrooms and outdoor terrace. We are pleased to open the doors of our house to you, three streets from the sea, which can accommodate up to 5 people. You will have all the necessary comforts for a successful stay with family or friends. Late arrival possible with key box. On the first floor: - a living room of approximately 15 m², including a lounge area with sofa, pouf, television and stereo system, and a kitchen area with a bar for convivial meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, kettle and percolator coffee maker (ground coffee), and food processor. Upstairs: - a master bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, small dressing room and ideal office area. For teleworking
- a junior bedroom: one 80 x 200 cm bed and another 140 x 200 cm bed, small storage.
- a shower room with washing machine and hairdryer

ATTENTION: the staircase to access the upper floor is a bit steep and narrow.

Outside:

The southwest-facing terrace will allow you to enjoy delightful
summer moments (garden furniture, parasol, electric griddle, deckchairs). As we are allergic to cats, only small, discreet, and well-behaved dogs are allowed on the first floor. €10. The house is non-smoking. Mandatory cleaning fee: €55. Sheets and towels are optional.
