The non-smoking apartment on the 6th The floor of the "Ferienpark" apartment complex is equipped for two people. There is a separate bedroom, a balcony with partial sea views, a living room with a kitchen-dining area and a modern bathroom. The living room is equipped with a comfortable seating area consisting of a sofa, armchair and side tables, as well as an LCD TV and DVD player.
Feel at home on 50 square meters: The kitchen-dining area consists of a modern kitchenette and a large table that can comfortably accommodate four people. You have all the necessary equipment such as a stove with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dishes. Washer and dryer for a fee for shared use.
Wellness included: The high-quality bed (140 x 200 cm) in the separate bedroom and a comfortable shower promise a nice stay for a relaxed start to your vacation.
From the swimming pool you have a wonderful view of the Steinhuder Meer. After a few laps in the swimming pool, relax on the heated benches.
The large swimming pool and several saunas with relaxation rooms as well as the table tennis table in the holiday park can be used free of charge. The solarium can be used for a fee.

Surroundings:
The "Ferienpark" apartment complex consists of two multi-storey houses. Embedded in a small park, the apartments are located directly on the Steinhuder Meer. The bus stop "Steinhude, Ferienpark" in front of the house offers an optimal connection to the public transport network.
The apartment offers an ideal starting point for many activities. Your apartment is only a short walk of 850 m from the bathing island. The Steinhuder town center with many shops and restaurants as well as the promenade, jetty for excursion boats for round trips on the Steinhuder Meer, to Wilhelmstein or to the north shore (Mardorf), the various museums, the Scheunenplatz or the mini golf course is about 1.6 km away. The holiday park is located on the approx. 32 km long circular route through the nature park around the Steinhuder Meer.

Sehr schöne Fewo, sehr freundliche Vermieter

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war super sauber und Vermieter reagierte sofort auf Verbesserung. Leider kein Blick aufs Wasser. Die Wohnung können wir nur empfehlen!!

Gut ausgestattete saubere Wohnung Sehr gute Kombination mit Vermieter Netter Empfang des Vermieters Parkmöglichkeit bei Vermieter im Vorgarten Was ich nicht so toll fand: Riechender Teppichboden und zu dunkler Flur auf der Etage zu FEWO Kein Strom im Bad wenn Licht aus Kein elektrischer Ventilator/Luftabzug im Bad Fluglärm durch Transportflugzeuge A400M vom Bundeswehr-Fliegerhorst ganz in der Nähe Schmales unbequemes Bett (Wenn sich eine Person bewegt, bewegt sich die andere Person automatisch mit)

Tolle saubere Ferienwohnung

Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber,es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Zentral gelegen und toller Rundwanderweg um das Steinhuder Meer. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Obwohl im 6.Stock, sehr ruhig mit einem Blick ins Grüne. Uns hat es gut gefallen und können gern eine Weiterempfehlung geben.
