The dining room, with a flat-screen TV, gives direct access to a pleasant wooden terrace of about 25m2, furnished with garden furniture and umbrellas, ideal for meals outdoors.The house has an independent toilet with shower cabin and hand washers, as well as a living room that can act as a room with a bench bed in 90cm. Enfilade, a first bedroom includes a 140cm bed and a closet, with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a bathtub. After three steps, a second bedroom offers a 140cm bed with direct access to the outside, complemented by a laundry room with washing machine and sink.Outside, the wooden terrace is furnished with a garden furniture and barbecue, offering a pleasant setting to enjoy the beautiful days.
