Welcome to our Florence Beach House getaway! Whether you want a quiet relaxing time at the beautiful Central Oregon Coast or, are into Sand Dune Recreation, this is a very spacious, clean single-level home in great condition! Located very close to Heceta Beach on a spacious and quiet wind-protected sandy lot. You can hear the beach!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please start washer with all used towels. This helps cleaning service to have the house ready in time for next guest check-in. Thank you.
If you moved any furniture, chairs, decor, etc, (inside or outside) please return to place moved from. The cleaning service does not necessarily know where items are supposed to be.
Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not cook fresh seafood inside the house. Thank you!
Please respect our neighbors. No loud music or yelling after 9:00 PM. Thank you!
If moved, please return all furniture, decor, blankets, kitchenware, appliances, movies, games, etc to the same place were taken from. Thank you!

My family and I have stayed here twice. It's a very nice property located conveniently close to the beach and modestly secluded. The beds are clean and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, and it's well stocked with games and movies. We loved our stay.

This property has a good amount of space, nice outdoor set up, and is near to the beach. Besides that, there isn't a lot good to say. The beds were hard, old, and uncomfortable. The pantry was locked and the kitchen not stocked. There was so many knick-knacks on every surface that there wasn't much room to put your stuff. In addition to all this, there was about a HUNDRED pictures of the family all over the house, including the bathroom and BEDROOMS, which was quite unwelcoming. There was also extensive, unrealistic cleaning instructions upon departure that asked you do two loads of laundry, the dishes, and basically pick up the whole house before you leave. Nothing about about this house made you feel like you were at a home-away-from-home, instead, it felt like you were somehow intruding on this family's home and better leave it in tip-top shape. Sadly, can't recommend.

Great Place!

We had a wonderful time. The beach is super close and we lucked out and had sunshine. The house had everything we needed. The deck is amazing and my kids loved the hammocks and horse shoe pit.

We LOVED staying here. It was clean, serene, and beautiful. We felt at home right away with everything we need at our fingertips. Our 6 year old granddaughter was staying nearby with her parents. She was enthralled with the tiny loft and wanted to live there.

Amazing Stay in Florence

We loved our time at here, they had board games on hand which made for a fun evening around the dinner table. They also had such great music to play in the CD player and great walking distance from the beach! Would stay here again!
