Very nice place with convenient private shuttle to vail

Lobby, gym, pool, hot tub, rooms were all very nice. Enjoyed the convenient private ski shuttle to vail. Doubletree cookies at check-in were a hit with the family. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel room

To be clear this is a hotel room. There is a fireplace in the lobby of the hotel. Maybe I misunderstood the ad but I thought it was a suite with a fireplace. Otherwise it is a nice hotel room in a nice hotel in a good location.

Nice facilities, decent room

This is a nice resort, however our room was not particularly clean. There was a large sticky spot right by the front door/bathroom door (beer, maybe?) that was difficult to avoid. Housekeeping did come by once, but we were in the room and they never returned. The outdoor pool is great, the restaurant food was expensive and underwhelming, but the space itself was large and fun. Convenient location and free parking.

Convenient and Clean

Great property! The room was comfortable and clean and located close enough to all the local amenities one could need or want. My one and only negative comment was the check-in experience. The gentleman who checked us in was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and outwardly rude. It was a huge mood deflation to start our trip with him. However, the room was very clean and comfortable and the beauty of the Vail area quickly overshadowed his negativity and unpleasantness.
