Welcome to the Maison des Monts d'Or! Nestling at the top of the old village of St Germain au Mont d'Or, just a few kilometres from the centre of Lyon and close to the Beaujolais region, this charming 19th-century guest house, built of golden stone, offers a warm and friendly place to stay, combining the peace of the countryside with the conveniences of the city. It comprises 2 gîtes and 4 guest rooms, as well as accommodation for your hosts: Marine and Olivier will give you the warmest of welcomes. On site: a large shared swimming pool ! Housed in a wing of the house, the "Les Enfants d'abord" gîte has its own entrance and private terrace. With a surface area of 70 m², it has been decorated in a chic, natural style. Particular care has been taken in the choice of materials. Entrance on the ground floor. 1st floor: living room with kitchen area, dining area and sitting area. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed or 2 single beds to suit your needs, a large shower room and separate toilet. Private covered terrace with garden furniture. Large communal garden with shared heated swimming pool (open from 10am to 7pm, from 1 May to 30 September depending on weather conditions). Petanque pitch and ping pong table. Parking on the property. On request, the owners can provide breakfast (€12/person) and a baby cot (€10/stay). The programme for your holiday in the Val de Saône includes cultural and gastronomic visits, the Musée des Beaux Arts in Lyon (19 km), the Théâtre Antique de Fourvière (20 km), sporting activities, immersing yourself in nature, relaxing in the garden, lounging by the pool...
