Self-catering cottage in the adjoining house with the owners, spread over two levels (separate access via an external staircase). The first floor comprises a living room/kitchen with a lounge area, one bedroom (one double bed 180x200 cm), and a shower room (shower and toilet). The second floor features a mezzanine overlooking the living room (relaxation area and sleeping area with two single beds 80x190 cm that can be joined to make one double bed 160x190 cm). Terrace and balcony. Garden. Private parking for two cars. Near the bustling market town of Le Châtelard, nestled in a peaceful residential area surrounded by meadows and forests, this contemporary house enjoys an ideal location, just 500 meters from shops and services open year-round. Its south-facing terrace offers exceptional panoramic views of the mountains, inviting relaxation in any season. The living room, bathed in light thanks to large bay windows, creates a welcoming and modern atmosphere. All-inclusive amenities ensure a hassle-free stay: beds made upon arrival, linens and towels provided. Electric vehicle charging station 700 meters away. In the heart of the Bauges Regional Natural Park, enjoy a prime location between Chambéry and Annecy. Skiing enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of the Aillons-Margériaz 1400 alpine ski resort, 18 km away, as well as the Savoie Grand Revard Nordic ski area with 150 km of cross-country and skating trails spread across the villages of La Féclaz, Saint-François-de-Sales, and Le Revard. In summer, the Bauges mountains are ideal for hiking for all levels. Just 6 km away, the Lescheraines leisure center offers a lake with supervised swimming, while Lake Annecy, 25 km away, provides an exceptional setting for water sports and relaxation. Numerous outdoor, sporting, and recreational activities are available throughout the villages of this authentic and unspoiled mountain region.
