It consists of an entrance with mountain corner equipped with a bunk bed (90/200), a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140/190), an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave/oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, ...), a bathroom equipped with a washing machine, a separate toilet and the most of this studio, a terrace giving access to a private garden.Animals are accepted. NO WIFI/ TV by Parabole or Satellite.- Surroundings: Shuttle which brings to the various villages and stations of Puy Saint Vincent & Pelvoux. Shop nearby in 15 minutes walking (1 km)In a family neighborhood, the residence is close to a large terrain, ideal for tobogganing in winter, with table tennis, tennis court, basketball, petanques, daily activities (summer holidays) with Olympic games for children, tournaments... ideal for both young and old!- Activities: Cross-country skiing, sledding trails, Puy Saint Vincent & Pelvoux ski resorts.
