Welcome to Ty Cocon, a warm and welcoming, fully renovated house located just a 10–15 minute walk from Rochefort-en-Terre, listed among the most beautiful villages in France. Ideal for a stay with family and friends exploring Brittany.
Located in a very quiet residential area, the house has two free parking spaces right in front, avoiding the need for paid parking in the village.
The accommodation offers all the necessary comforts:
– 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a king-size bed
– 1 bedroom upstairs with a queen-size bed
– 1 bedroom upstairs with two single beds
– Fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, refrigerator, Dolce Gusto coffee machine)
– Wi-Fi and two televisions
Upstairs, enjoy a whirlpool bath for a truly relaxing experience after your days of sightseeing.
The entire house is at your disposal, with a private, enclosed garden offering complete privacy. Self check-in is possible via a key box.
Cleaning is included in the price: you can start your vacation as soon as you arrive.
Linens are available as an optional extra.
