Everything about this vrbo was exceptional. Randy was awesome communicating with any questions we had. Quite, clean and very safe neighborhood. Pool hot tub area was such a fun place to hang out eat and socialize. Close to the airport and just a hop over the bay to St Petes area. We will definitely stay here again.

Family mini vacation

This was a last minute mini vacation for our family. We loved the open floor plan and the amazing through breeze from the beautiful ceiling fans. The beds were very comfortable and our daughter enjoyed the pool and spa. The owner / host was super helpful and kind.

What an amazing property. Well appointed, VERY clean, The pictures don't do it justice. Randy has thought of every extra! The kitchen is the best equipped and stocked from the spices, dishes, cookware, glasses...nothing overlooked. The beds are sooo comfortable with great bedding. and Randy is very personable and reachable. I almost am reluctant to leave this review since we have declared this property "our spot" when in Tampa from now on.

Fantastic location in Tampa

The property was perfect for our weekend stay in Tampa. The neighborhood was great, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the outdoor enclosed backyard felt tropical and secluded from neighbors. The hot tub and pool were warm and the outdoor seating was comfortable. The kitchen and living room were comfortable for our group and the kitchen was well stocked. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
