Fabulous 2 Bedroom Beach Getaway Pet Friendly

Great 2 bedroom condo only steps away from the beautiful Gulf!! Everything you need for your beach getaway - sleeps 6 with 2 Queen beds and a sofa sleeper, Spectrum cable TV, free Wi-fi, pots and pans, blender, coffee maker, beach towels, etc. Close to restaurants, bars and more. 3rd floor walk up with no elevator. One dog up to 25lb with a $100 PET CLEANING FEE.

Vista Del Mar is centrally located in the entertainment district. This 3-story condo complex is located across the street from the beach. Our condo is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). Just outside your door you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Complex features gated outdoor swimming pool area with BBQ grill. Friendly onsite maintenance manager is there daily to make sure the complex is looking great.

Open parking (Tarpon St entrance), Pool, BBQ Palapa and WI-FI.

We live on the island, just minutes away!

IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person’s life, please call 911.

The owners of Vista del Mar #301 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 1 vehicle in front of garage 301 facing Pompano St. Parking pass enforced. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 6 guests. There must be at least one adult 21 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Pets ~ One small dog is allowed with a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100/dog. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed of in the dumpster located on the east side of the building facing Pompano St. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is included. Please clean it after each use. Thanks!

8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

9. Wristbands are mandatory while in the pool area.

Important: All our vacation properties come with a "starter kit" including several items such as hotel style soaps, shampoo, dishwashing soap, new sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Once these items are gone, please visit the local supermarket to replenish your needs.

Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

For special requests outside our scope of work, please message us to get our Concierge's contact.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations on nightly bookings are only refunded totally if cancellation occurs within 30+ days prior to arrival. Credit Card fees may apply. This will NOT apply for monthly discounted bookings. We highly recommend the purchase of your choice of Travel Insurance to try to recuperate cancellation penalties.

Wonderful Condo
We stayed for 7 weeks. Could not ask for better people to work with. Attentive, friendly, helpful. Fully recommend them for your South Padre needs. Rod and Rosa know their stuff. Their staff, such as Kathy, are super friendly and helpful as well. Condo was clean and stocked with basics. They even accommodated my special need for a desk and chair so I could work while there.

Fantastic
We stayed the month of February and Vista del Mar 301 needs to be added to any one's list when we arrived the place was super clean and smelled nice.not too big or too small.location is everything here we are avid walkers so plenty of sidewalks all over the place restaurants and bars close by.and of course the beach about 1block away.was a great experience

The city of South Padre Island has many activities for all age groups. We wanted to be a part of this wonderful vacation spot where there’s deep sea and bay fishing, dolphin watch tours, and many other water activities. There are dozens of fantastic restaurants to choose from and nothing compares to the seafood of the Gulf of Mexico! Watching the amazing sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre Bay are a special treat! There’s always something to do here, no matter what time of the year. We hope you’ll come choose to stay in our relaxing “Little piece of South Padre Island”, down in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas!
