This condo is located in a gated, Gulf-front community that offers direct access to South Padre Island's famous beach. Other on-site amenities include a sunbathing deck, an exterior terrace, a children's playground, outdoor grills, walking trails, and gated beach areas. Spend a morning at Sea Turtle Inc. just up the road, leaving plenty of time to explore the island's many souvenir shops, boutiques, restaurants, clubs, and bars.

In March, all guests must be at least 23 years old.
Please note that this retreat is on the third floor and there is "No Elevator."*
Guests must pay a nominal fee at the gate upon check-in for each wristband per guest.
