About this property

Exceptional Beachfront 3/2 on Ground Floor! Gorgeous Views!

Sea Vista Condominiums is the closest complex to the water in all of South Padre Island. Our ground level unit was completely renovated in 2020 with brand new appliances, fixtures, lighting, bathrooms and kitchen with quartz counter tops. There is a TV in the master, both guest rooms and living area. Master has a King bed, guest room #1 has 2 queen beds and guest #2 has 2 full beds. Plenty of room to sprawl around. We have our own personal charcoal grill on our patio and 2 Adirondack chairs.
Access to the beach from our back door!! No need to tote your beach supplies and coolers up and down the stairs or elevators. No need to worry about the elevator breaking down! Just simply walk out our back door walk a few steps to the boardwalk and you are on the beach. Our unit has a beautiful view straight to the ocean. We take incredible care of our homes. We want you to feel like you are at home and not a "rental". If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway...this is it!

Beautiful short get away with others from our congregation. Very nice, quiet stress free property.

This unit was beyond my expectations. We loved every minute there. It is equipped with nice easy to use appliances and stocked with nice dishes to accommodate any nice meal and beverage. The extra was seasonings, and coffee/tea selection very nice!

Amazing sunrises….🌅

My gals and I had such a peaceful, tranquil time here. The ocean was a short walk on an easy nice path, basically right out our back door. We felt very safe taking a short walk on the beach at night to the hotel next door to have a nightcap. The decor was so fun and beachy, really added to the experience. So very clean, organized, and every little thing that we needed was thought of and then some. Beds were so cozy and comfy, that is very important to us. . Beautiful pool and grounds as well. We would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thank you! 👍😎❤️👍

Family vacation

It was for a sisters week. The condo is a little smaller than it looks online, however it is very nice. The beds are comfortable and it is an easy walk to the beach. We only had a problem because a storm came thru the day after we arrived and it flooded out part of the walkway to the beach and you would have to wade thru water up to your knees to get to the beach.

This is our go-to condo in South Padre. The condo is beautiful, first floor, super quick walk to the beach and the condo is stocked with everything you need. We truly LOVE this condo.

Great beach getaway

We have stayed here before and love it. Being on the 1st floor makes beach time easy. The condo is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We will hopefully be back again!

perfect vacay; perfect condo

We've done family vacations in SPI for several years and stayed at this particular building several times. This is THE BEST condo we've stayed at! Very clean and well-stocked with all the supplies you could need. Great layout to the condo for a multi-generational family vacation. My kids especially loved the "surfboard" room which had plenty of space to spread out with games and puzzles on the floor while the adults enjoyed hanging out in the living room. Beds were super comfy. Beautiful decor. Easy walk to the beach and you can still see the ocean from the first floor back patio. We'll definitely be back!

Love love this place! Right on the beach, beautifully decorated and almost everything provided but the food! Property owner very accessible and answered questions fast! Definitely a must to stay in! We are figuring dates out now for next year! 10/10

Another wonderful vacation

I can’t say enough about this property, it’s in a beautiful location right on the beach. It’s clean, spacious and comes with all of the amenities needed for a perfect beach vacation. It is our families favorite place to go and we can’t wait for when we can go back. I highly recommend.

Great Place for Christmas Getaway

We stayed in this condo for a family Christmas trip. It was just as advertised and was a perfect location! I would recommend. (The only minor issue was the internet service was sluggish... especially in the evenings.)

Very responsive owner. Met and exceeded expectations. Instructions were easy to follow. Proximity to beach was closer than expected. All needs were met and exceeded with the provided amenities. We could have packed even less stuff. Highly recommend this one. Five Stars!!! Would have stayed an extra night but understandably it was already booked solid. We will book 3+ nights in the future.

Still the best!

We came back to this property again this year because it just can't be beat! As a bonus surprise, we were able to meet the owners on this trip which was also very special. They were so nice and accommodating and you can tell that they really care about their properties and the tenants.
