We had the most wonderful stay at this condo for our annual family beach trip! South Padre Island has been a special place for our family since I was a child, and it was so meaningful to continue creating those lasting memories with our kids. The ocean views from the kitchen and master bedroom were amazing, and we loved the easy access to the beach and pool. The condo was clean, beautifully staged, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The owners were wonderful and communicative throughout our stay. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend visiting SPI & staying in this condo!

Great place for Family R&R and fun

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay, wonderful accommodations, fabulous kitchen (stayed in and cooked all three meals) and relaxed above it all with the kids and other local family. Highly recommend Sea Vista!

Perfect place on the beach. It’s an annual girls weekend and we loved it. There were water problems but the owner worked with us and we stuck it out and thankfully it came back on. Communication with owner was very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Get weekend getaway

Went for our daughter's 17th birthday. Condo had everything we needed and plenty of space for 6. Location was nice; towards the end of the beach so less crowded. Relaxing and beautiful views from the balcony. Would recommend and return in the future.

Winter break from snow

The condo was just as it was described. Beautiful views of the Gulf and easy access to the beach. Loved being in the south end of the island a bit away from the activity. Easy to drive or ride the transit to the restaurants and night life. Perfect place for our family of 6 adults.
