With high-speed WiFi and subscriptions to multiple streaming services, including Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+, you'll have plenty of entertainment options during your stay.

This home is situated in V.M. Ybor just minutes away from historic Ybor and downtown Tampa.

V.M. Ybor is a working class, multicultural neighborhood. There are multiple homeless shelters, soup kitchens, and halfway houses in the area, and consequentially, a large homeless population. While it is considered to be a safe neighborhood, if you are made uncomfortable with the sight of old abandoned homes and homeless people, you may want to consider booking in another neighborhood.

FULL kitchen amenities are provided which include pots, pans and seasonings.

Great neighborhood for the convention center. Reasonably priced. Fun, lively, colorful decor. Cameron with Solside Stays was super easy to communicate with.

Great Place to Stay

We rented this great little house, that was centrally located to the places we needed to be at in Tampa. It was just as advertised, and had more than enough room for all 4 adults staying there. All appliances worked flawlessly and there was plenty of space to prepare meals. We would definitely stay here again!
