Amazing property and one of the best hosts I’ve ever gotten a rental from, very responsive and understanding, such a nice retreat from The city has tons of amenities. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a cozy spot far away from the busy city life .
We loved the place we stayed! The amenities and location were great and made our dive trip even better. The property could use a few updates, but overall it was a wonderful place and we really enjoyed our stay.

Thanks again for staying with us at Headwaters. We’d love to host you again for another trip.
Great place, very peaceful and quiet! Very nice and spacious garden. The double bedroom upstairs shares the bathroom with the twin bedroom (with doors on both sides), but as we only had 4 kids coming, it wasn't an issue, as we could have all the kids upstairs and us downstairs, with the twin bunk empty.
Truly a peaceful retreat in Jupiter that is a unique place on a quiet corner lot, just across the canal from River Bend Park. My dogs and I had no problem calling this place home for a quick family trip that turned into a longer stay. The Host and team have all been so friendly and accommodating, while giving us privacy. Will stay here anytime I come back to Jupiter.

It means a lot to hear that our team struck the right balance of being accommodating while still giving you privacy. And the quiet setting near Riverbend Park really is a special part of staying there.

Glad to hear you and the guys enjoyed it. Between the fishing and the chance to kick back and relax, that’s exactly the kind of stay we hope Headwaters provides. We’d love to host you again for another escape.
We loved our stay at Headwaters. The property is amazing and the container home concept blended beautifully with the surroundings. Communication with the host was easy and they were very thorough explaining everything that we needed to know before and during our stay. We definitely recommend this property to anyone that wants to escape the city noise and truly connect with nature.

It’s wonderful to hear that Headwaters gave you the kind of getaway you were hoping for. We’re especially glad you enjoyed the way the container home blends into the natural surroundings—that balance was a big part of the vision for the property.
We’re also happy the communication felt clear and helpful from start to finish. A stay is always better when guests can settle in without having to guess their way through things.
We truly appreciate the recommendation, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime you’re ready for another quiet escape into nature.

Really magical two night stay in a retreat across from the park. Plenty of birds and river life on site to watch. Home is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy the experience and grocery and backup restaurants are nearby. Location is great. In the woods but civilization is nearby if you need it.

We’re so glad Headwaters felt magical for your stay. The mix of wildlife, peaceful surroundings, and still being close to the essentials really is what makes this spot special. Thanks for staying with us, and we’d love to welcome you back again.
Spectacular property, great accommodations, unbelievably wonderful host and support. Rick and his team made us feel super welcome. His vegetable garden that is guest accessible is awesome. The tranquility of the property, the access to JOC and just the overall beauty and peacefulness allows you to unwind, laugh and just enjoy nature and your family.

John and his friends were a pleasure to host! Communication was excellent and we appreciate the exceptional condition they left the property upon departure. They're welcome back anytime!
We were looking forward to staying at this unique place Easter weekend to visit with family that changed the moment we walked in the door. It all started when my husband walked in and walked out of the house coughing. The smell was intense and the use of a dirty air cleaner circulated the bad air. The use of diffusers to mask the smell only exacerbated it. It was evident they were aware and we’re trying to hide it. It was awful. As we searched for what was causing the irritation to all of us, including a toddler, we found all of the wall ac units dirty and moldy, we also found moisture bags filled with black moisture aka mold, and DampRid containers filled with water/mold. There were no screens in any of the windows so airing it out was not an option. We reached out to VRBO immediately and was told we’d get a response in 24-48 hours, it has now been almost 2-weeks of silence. Suffice to say we could not stay there. This was our first and last time we will plan to stay at any VRBO property as we cannot trust that VRBO vets the locations. Just as consumers we promise to take care of the property, the owners should provide a clean and safe place to stay, which includes clean air to breathe. Lesson learned.

Host was very responsive. Property was beautiful but cleanliness was not as expected. Upstairs air quality was not great and felt very humid. As soon as we walked in there was a dead roach, and during the night found another on the wall and when trying to capture a lizard in the upstairs room noticed other dead insects behind the bed and mold and moisture in the windows and sliding doors. Glass on doors was also cracked, the downstairs bedroom sliding door also appeared to have a gunshot.

Excellent Concept and Location Needs a Little Improvement on the Execution
Beautiful and private location. Unique concept with the repurposed shipping containers. It's pet friendly which is rare and a huge plus. Everyone we interacted with, from the owner to the property manager, was friendly and accommodating. This place would be perfect if I was going to meet up with my buddies to go fishing in Jupiter or paddle the Loxahatchee and hang out in nature and drink a few beers. It wasn't the best fit though for my pregnant wife and her nearly 80 year old parents though -a little too rough and rustic. That said we made it work and enjoyed our time.
