About this property

This cozy cabin is the perfect place to retreat after a day of fun in the sun or snow. You’ll have easy access to Sunriver’s 40+ miles of paved paths, the Deschutes River, Village shops, eateries, golf, tennis, and more. This home has a hot tub, exclusive neighborhood pool, and includes SHARC passes to access the community aquatic center. Additionally, snow sports on Mt. Bachelor and exciting dining, shopping, outdoor recreation, and breweries in nearby Bend, Oregon are both 20 minutes away.

Two bedrooms (king and queen), one full bathroom, laundry, kitchen, and living room are on the main floor. Two twin bunk beds, another bathroom, and an additional sitting area with TV are in the upstairs loft. The home has a wraparound porch complete with grill and private hot tub. Eight SHARC passes are included for unlimited access to the aquatic center (pools, lazy river, and splash pads), tubing hill, disc golf, tennis and pickleball courts, and boat launch. Please note that there may be some restrictions/limitations to SHARC access due to COVID-19. Please check with the SHARC for current hours of operation.

The Village (shopping, restaurants, brewery, bike/ski/snowboard rentals, coffee, and more), SHARC, community park/playground, Nature Center and Observatory, and bike paths are easily accessible from the home on foot, by bike, or by car. Other opportunities for outdoor fun nearby include fishing, hiking, rafting, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, skiing, snowboarding, and tubing.

Not very clean

Unfortunately there were several dishes, bbq and other areas of the house that weren't very clean. It's an expensive property. I expected more and also was disappointed there were no bikes, as that's a Sunriver staple in most rentals.

Amazing property and owner

We had a marvelous week in Sunriver and the house was perfect. Amanda is organized, responsive, and we will definitely stay here next summer. I can’t recommend it enough.

Lovely property

Very welcoming. Host left snacks for us. Everything was as expected. Amanda was very prompt to unlock door for us when we struggled to get in upon check in. I would definitely rent here again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay here. Amanda was the best host and responded to any inquiries right away. We loved the house, it had everything we needed and the loft set up for the teenagers was definitely the best idea. They loved having their own space. Would definitely book again for future trips to Sun River.

Enjoyable stay

This cabin was the perfect size for our family of four (3 and 6-year-old kids). We could have also comfortably stayed here with a few other people. The bunk room was a lot of fun for the kids and a nice space for them to play or watch TV. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the hot tub.
