This 2nd Floor 2BR/2Bath Condo sits directly between the Beach and the Bay. A 2 car garage houses personal Beach equipment as well as 4 Kayaks and a Paddle Board to enjoy the water. The condo is recently updated with new appliances and has a washer and dryer. The Condo Association has a beautiful, well maintained Heated Pool overlooking Lemon Bay. Brand new AC, BBQ grill, beach wagon, chairs, bike.
