As a couple, you will feel very comfortable in the apartment. This also applies to parents with a child in adolescence.

The apartment has a living / dining room with a TV (flat screen) and an adjacent sleeping area with two single box spring beds and a secretary.
A single box spring bed, a wardrobe and a bookshelf can be found in another small bedroom.
Ample storage space offers a large wardrobe in the hallway.
The kitchen is small but completely furnished: electric stove, sink, refrigerator, small washing machine and dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockery etc.
As part of the renovations, the shower room was partially renewed.
Overall, you will find adequate conditions for longer stays.

Sehr schöne und strandnahe Ferienwohnung mit viel Liebe zum Datail

Wir haben hier 6 Tage verbracht und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist innen sehr geschmackvoll und auch sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, es ist schönes und viel Geschirr , Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Es gibt viel Staumöglichkeit durch den großen Einbauschrank im Flur. Zu dritt ist die Wohnung absolut ausreichend. Die Lage ist ideal. In ca 5 Minuten ist man am Meer, es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt um die Ecke und ebenso zwei Bäckereien. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Eine schöne Woche an der Ostsee!

Die Wohnung ist ganz hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr schön gelegen. Ruhig, zentral, nah zum Strand, Geschäfte, Restaurants etc. direkt dabei. Das Haus ist ruhig und sauber. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und sorgfältig eingerichtet sowie richtig sauber. Heiligenhafen ist ein schöner Ort, der sich gerade in die Gegenwart sehr angenehm entwickelt - genug zu sehen und zu tun. Der Strand auch sauber, gepflegt und selbst im August nicht überlaufen. Die Menschen in den umliegenden Läden etc. sehr freundlich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich an dieser Stelle die große und sehr zuverlässige Aufmerksamkeit, mit der die Vermieter uns aus der Ferne betreut haben - wirklich ein absoluter Top-Service. :-)

Why they chose this property

Heiligenhafen ist für uns ein schöner Ort an der Ostsee, der uns seit vielen Jahren vertraut ist.
Der Gebäudekomplex ist enorm groß , dennoch haben wir bisher dort Ruhe und Erholung gefunden. Die Lage, der kurze Weg zur Ostsee und zum Binnensee hat uns zugesagt.

What makes this property unique

Die Ausrichtung nach Süden gibt der Wohnung viel Licht. Der Blick in die Grünanlagen des Gebäudekomplexes ist sehr angenehm.
