Die Bewertung "außergewöhnlich" ist vollkommen zutreffend, die Beschreibung des Objekts in Text und Bild stimmt 100%ig mit der Realität überein. Eine hervorragende Ausstattung mit Liebe zum Detail, hohe Qualität der elektrischen Geräte, großzügiges Raumangebot, Parkplatz direkt am Haus - was will man mehr. Und wer noch ein Argument für diese Wohnung benötigt: Wir kommen im Mai für 2 Wochen wieder!

Stilvolles Apartment mit allem was man braucht

Der check in war einfach, die kommunikation reibungslos und das Apartment sehr sauber. Das gesamte Apartment ist neu gemacht, sehr durchdacht und stilvoll eingerichtet. Man sieht, dass sich jemand richtig Mühe gemacht hat und mit gutem Geschmack und stimmig eingerichtet hat. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet und ausgerüstet. Perfekt für jemand, der gerne länger bleibt und selber kochen möchte. So etwas trifft man eher selten an. Der Parkplatz wurde von niemand anderem genutzt und stand immer zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist gut zur Innenstadt und zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Trotz der Hauptstraße ist das Apartment ruhig . Vielen Dank an den Eigentümer von mir und meiner Frau.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, gerne wieder!

Zentral gelegene Wohnung mit Parkplatz auf dem Hof. Unkomplizierter und reibungsloser Check-In. Die Wohnung ist super geschnitten und toll ausgestattet. Gerade für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist sie sehr zu empfehlen. Zudem war die Wohnung sehr sauber. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Auf kleinem Raum alles vorhanden

Die Ferienwohnung ist so geschickt eingerichtet, dass auf kleinem Raum alles für einen Aufenthalt vorhanden ist. Auch der schlüssellose Zugang über einen Code sorgt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Man hat nichts dabei, was man verlieren kann. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und macht es einem leicht, alle interessanten Ziele in der Stadt mit ÖPNV zu erreichen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Apartement 53 in Kassel

Die Ferienwohnung war in absolut sauberen Zustand und mit sämtlichen Inventar neueren Datums versehen. Es fehlte an nichts. Eine vorhandene Auswahl an Broschüren über die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Kassel war sehr hilfreich. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Stadtnähe und zur Wilhelmshöhe waren sehr gut. Ich war sehr zufrieden und kann dieses Appartement jedem Touristen nur empfehlen. HJL

Super Apartment mit Wohlfühlfaktor. Perfekt ausgestattet. Trotz Lage an zentraler Straße ruhig. Kommunikation problemlos. Vormieter/Vornutzer war wohl Raucher. Gesamt Wohnung hat trotz täglichem Lüften leicht nach Zigaretterauch gerochen. Nicht Kleidung/privates Kopfkissen riechen nach Heimreise immer noch nach Rauch.

Einfach optimal

Wir haben uns in der voll ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war in Topzustand, sehr sauber und neuwertig. Die Einrichtung und auch die vielen Details haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage war sowohl für Besuche der Innenstadt, als auch für Fahrradausflüge in die Umgebung ideal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
