Great location! July Dates Available! Next to Hangout.
Our Unit is a First Class Beach Front Unit. It is the Closest Condo Building to the Public Beach/ Hangout. The Tiled Balcony has a great view of the Beach & is close enough to hear the surf inside the Master Bedroom. We have Ceramic Tile through out, Nice Bar w/ Bar Stools, Wall Mounted HD TVs w/DVD players & Stereo. Enjoy a king bed in the Master bedroom and 2 twins in the guest bedroom. Many conveniences to make your stay a very comfortable one!!!!
Parking is Purchased upon arrival... cost $55Plus Tax... good for the entire stay. Price is subject to change.

Hi my name is Tracey. Myself, my husband and 2 children reside in Suwanee Georgia. We are originally from Alabama and my husband grew up in Loxley. My sister and I own this condo and 5 others in and around the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. We grew up visiting the beautiful white sand beaches of the gulf coast and continue to vacation there to this day. We love the gulf coast and hope you will as well!
Why they chose this property
This is a nicely updated unit in the heart of Gulf Shores. You can walk to pretty much anything at this location. It is perfect for a couple wanting to go to the beach for the weekend, families or even for a couple wanting to spend the winter at the beach! It is just steps to the nearby Gulf Shores public beach park and the Hangout! Closest complex to both!
What makes this property unique
Its central location is the best thing about this property. It is so close to everything happening in Gulf Shores! It is directly on the beach. You cannot get much closer the beach! View is incredible and the unit was recently updated.
