Accommodation: Located in a quiet residence, nestled on the edge of the Ardilouse golf course.This pleasant, well maintained 65 m2 pavilion will accommodate up to 4 people.You have access to the collective and secure swimming pool of the residence.Fully equipped, this house on 2 levels consists of an open kitchen overlooking the living room with views of the terrace by a bay window. Independent toilet.On the first floor the beds are spread over 2 bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed in 140 cm and the other with 2 single beds in 90 cm, as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.Ideally located close to the bike paths to reach the beach in 10 minutes by bike.
