This house is full of charm and authenticity... Antique furniture, cotton and linen floral linen, old cement tiles, exposed beams, stone and brick walls, large bay window that opens onto the countryside all around, the meadows where our miniature horses, sheep, deer live... you feel in harmony with Nature...
You can access it through a large entrance hall, two doors open, one to the living rooms, the other to the ground floor.
On the ground floor a large living room of 38m2 with large sofa, large flat screen with Apple TV subscription, wifi internet with fibre, large wood stove installed in the old fireplace, books and games are at your disposal, there is also a 90 bed which serves as a sofa during the day!
A large opening allows you to access the kitchen, of 20m2, fully equipped, 5-burner gas stove, convection oven, coffee machine, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher.... everything is there! The kitchen is very bright with its large bay window which opens directly onto the large wooden terrace and its pergola, all around... Nature!
Upstairs 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom and toilet, the first with a large bed 160, the second with 2 beds 90 and a cot, in the small vestibule a bed 90! Be careful, the very old staircase is quite steep!
The antique furniture, the charm of the noble materials make it a very soothing and comfortable house!
The beds are made before your arrival, towels, tea towels, ecological and organic cleaning products are provided (dishwasher tablets, sponges, rubbish bags etc.), as well as the small basic grocery items are at your disposal (sugar, salt, pepper, tea, coffee etc.)

THE SWIMMING POOL: In spring and summer, in one of our barns a large heated swimming pool is at your disposal, on an enclosed area of 100 m2, it is surrounded by stone walls, plants and chocolate wood. It measures 3.5m by 9m and from 1.30m to 1.55m deep. It is heated to 29 degrees and the water is treated by UV which allows us to use as few chlorinated products as possible to better respect the environment and our health. In addition, it turns out that UV lamps are now also used in public and hospital places to disinfect places against covid, we are delighted with this natural way of treating water!
It is a very relaxing place, very intimate because it is out of sight, sheltered from the wind and very secure to avoid risks for children! The pool is open from 10 am to 7 pm for all with night parties sometimes offered according to availability and it is privatized in the evening from 7 pm to 10 am for people who rent the Poolside Room! It opens from April to the end of October.

PLAYGROUND: Not far from the farmhouse, a large wooden playground for children offers small towers, suspension bridge, rope, slide, swings, etc... For the older ones, badminton table tennis table and if necessary at the guinguette La P'tite Ferraille installed on the property, lots of Molki games, Corn Hole, various games. The children must of course always be under your supervision, thank you in advance

OUR ANIMALS:Around us live our animals, they are very quiet and serene, and will be delighted to come and nibble on apple peels and be petted!
Donkeys, sheep, angora goats... it's a real pleasure!
Thank you for making sure that they can live quietly near you without being too disturbed, and they will come to see you on their own if you wish so that we can pet them and enjoy their good vibes!

OUR LOCATION: We are in the countryside in Cholet, 2kms from the entrance of the city and the shops and restaurants, in Maine et Loire, 60kms from Nantes and Angers, an interesting crossroads.
At 400m, is the Etang des Noues and the forest which extends over hundreds of hectares and which offers us large forest alleys where we can go for beautiful walks, pony, water skiing, sports, or even stop at the water's edge to enjoy this beautiful site.
2000 metres on the other side of the pond and our site is The hotel is located at the entrance to the town of Cholet with all the shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, supermarkets, bakeries, the contrast is surprising and very convenient!
On foot or by bike, you can go shopping by walking a few hundred metres in the countryside!
We are 5 minutes from the city centre, 25 minutes from the Puy du Fou, 10 minutes from the Oriental Park of Maulévrier, 20 minutes from the first castles of the Loire, the vineyards, the banks of the Loire, and only 45 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonnes, the Atlantic coast is close by, you can go to Pornic, Noirmoutier, La Rochelle to spend the day!

LA GUINGUETTE: We are lucky to have a nice peaceful guinguette at the entrance of the property, La P'tite Ferraille, there is a refreshment bar with local drinks, beers, wines, syrups, tea, herbal teas... Games, book hut, thrift store, lanterns, pretty garlands, and above all a very benevolent welcome and a place full of charm, recycled spirit, wrought iron, painting exhibition, deckchairs.... happiness:)
