About this property

You will stay in a dreamlike, modern and air-conditioned apartment in one of the most beautiful historic Villas in Garda.

The property is located between the historical centre of Garda and the "Punto di San Viglio".
The apartment is part of the historic main house of the estate, in the midst of a beautiful park larger than 22,000 m². From here you enjoy a marvellous view over Lake Garda and an oasis-like calm.

In the centre of the park you´ll find a large pool-area equipped with showers and toilets.
Next to the main house streches a beautiful barbecue area overviewing the lake.

The joyful privacy of this place can hardly be offered at other facilities, for the admission to park and pool is exclusively reserved for residents of no more than 11 units forming this property.

There is very close access (just on the other side of the road) to one of the most beautiful beaches of Lake Garda.

The apartment is parted into 3 rooms and is located on the 2nd floor / attic.
In 2017 the apartment was completely renovated and entirely new furnished.

There is a "parents" bedroom with a double bed – another sleeping room (children) with a bunk bed, and the living room with kitchenette and with a sofa bed and a bathroom.

Traumhafte Anlage

Freundlicher und sehr entgegenkommender Checkin und Checkout, wunderschöner Park mit tollem Pool in herrlicher ruhiger Lage. Zentrums-, Hafen- und Strandnähe, so dass man kein Auto braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Super Urlaub in idyllischer Anlage

Wir sind als 4köpfige Familie angereist und waren von vorn herein begeistert von der tollen, weitläufigen Anlage mit großem Pool in traumhafter Kulisse. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen zwar ziemlich klein und leider ohne Balkon, aber es fehlt darüber hinaus an nichts (Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, WLAN, etc.). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, obwohl es tatsächlich manchmal etwas eng wurde. Der Strand ist nicht sehr weit entfernt und auch die Promenade in Garda ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Ein Tipp: man sollte insgesamt schon gut zu Fuß sein, da das Anwesen etwas steil ist. Es ist einiges an Treppen zu bewältigen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen gelungenen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Anlage mit viel Platz und großem Pool in entspannter Umgebung

Tolle Anlage mit viel Platz und einem großen Pool in entspannter Umgebung. Zum Strand und nach Garda ist es nur ein kurzer Fußweg. Die Wohnung ist nicht groß aber schön und funktionell sehr gut ausgestattet. Waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern (5 und 7) vor Ort und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Einziges Manko: Das WLAN ist sehr langsam und es bräuchte eine andere bzw. neue Matratze im Schlafzimmer.

FeWo Corno 2019

Sehr schönes Objekt, super Gartenanlage, sauber ordentlich und gepflegt. Ca. 1,3 km bis zur Stadt, leider gibt es nur teilweise einen Fussweg, so das man größtenteils auf der vielbefahrenen Straße bis zum Ort laufen muss, das ist aber in Anbetracht der Vorteile des Objektes verschmerzbar. Als Kritikpunkt sind die Matratzen im Elternschlafzimmer zu nennen, hier sind wir ständig in die Bettmitte gerollt. Ansonsten entspricht das Objekt genau unseren Erwartungen.

Perfekt! Ruhig, Pool, Seezugang, Zentral !

Für uns 4 Personen (2 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene) war das Objekt perfekt. Ein wahnsinns Parkgelände, so etwas wird man so schnell nicht wieder finden. Ein schöner Pool, in 10 Minuten zu Fuß in Garda, in 5-10 Minuten am See. Toll ist auch die Bar am See. Also insgesamt wirklich wunderbar und perfekt. In der Beschreibung stand Herd und Ofen und wir hatten uns Semmeln zum Aufbacken mit genommen. Einen Ofen haben wir nicht gefunden... sind wir halt in der Früh zum Bäcker gelaufen... auch nicht schlimm. Am Freitag war Markt in Garda, zu Fuß entspannt und ein Katzensprung. Wir waren die ersten um 8 Uhr. Also insgesamt kann man die Wohnung zu 100 Prozent weiter empfehlen.
