Recently renovated (2017), modern and located in a quiet area, with two bedrooms, bathroom, open living-dining room, open-plan kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the sea, located in a 4 star resort near Puerto de la Cruz..
The Bungalow is fully equipped, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet, heating (living room, bathroom and terrace) and awning.
Final cleaning is a fix rate of 50 EUR and is not included in the daily rate.
The hotel complex consists of a heated outdoor swimming pool and a hammock area that can be used free of charge. For a fee you can use all hotel facilities (gym / squash / tennis / play area / SPA). In the area of the restaurant you can enjoy daily entertainment at night (live music, shows, dancing, etc), without any acoustic hassle in the bungalow.
Right next to the hotel there is a small supermarket (for the most important things - open every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.) and a restaurant open all day (Bodeguita Álvarez - open from 9 to 24 hours). You can reach the supermarket "Lidl" and the center of Santa Úrsula in 2 minutes (by car) or even walking (approx 1 km).
All the tourist destinations you can arrive relatively fast, thanks to the proximity to the motorway – without noise disturbance (approximately 500 m above the hotel complex - exit "29" - Santa Úrsula La Quinta).

Ferienwohnung in Sta.Ursula Teneriffa von W. Pogutter
Was für ein schöner Bungalow. Alles tiptop eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Nähe zum Hotelkomplex ist eine tolle Sache, da kann man auch mal an den Pool wenn man keine Lust hat an den Strand zu gehen, und ein Cocktail am Abend ist ja auch nicht zu verachten.
Aber das Beste an dem Bungalow, ist mit Abstand die Aussicht.... wenn man morgens mit dem ersten Kaffee auf die Terrasse geht und einen fantastischen Ausblick auf den Ozean hat.... unbezahlbar :-). Und jeden Abend einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang beobachten..... echt klasse.
Die Tipps von Herrn Pogutter, die er zusammengestellt hat, sind auch wirklich gut, vor allem was die Restaurants in Santa Ursula angeht. Wir können nur empfehlen so viele wie möglich davon zu testen. Nicht teuer und echt lecker!!!
Das einzig, na ja, "negative" war, dass in der Anzeige was von Klimaanlage steht. Die gibt es nicht. Man braucht sie auch nicht unbedingt, aber zum schlafen wäre es manchmal vielleicht schon nicht schlecht wenn es diese gegeben hätte...
Uns haben die Tage auf jeden Fall supergut gefallen und wir werden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Und wenn wir noch mal nach Teneriffa kommen, wäre das auf jeden Fall wieder eine tolle Option. Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne geben würde, hatten wir auch mehr vergeben!!!!

Sehr schöner Bungalow
Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen auf Teneriffa verbracht. Der Bungalow ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Alles neu wie beschrieben. Tolle Küche mit neuen Bosch Geräten, zwei bequeme Betten, Bad mit Tageslicht, (von oben) modernes Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher den wir auch als Radio benutzen und natürlich das Beste die Terrasse, mein persönlicher Lieblingsplatz. Genialer Ausblick. Ein Traum. Mit zwei sehr bequemen Liegen. Es ist alles vorhanden, es fehlt an nichts.
Der Bungalow befindet sich in einer Hotelanlage, die sehr schön mit Pflanzen angelegt ist, Palmen direkt an der Haustüre. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß. Es war nie zu viel los. Sehr überschaubar.
Lieber Wolfgang du bist ein sehr netter Vermieter, wir haben uns in deiner Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.
