Ideally located in the heart of Ploemel, this furnished house benefits from a superb location, in immediate proximity to shops and restaurants. Spread over two floors, it offers a large living area of 180 m² and is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate 8 to 12 travellers. Spacious and friendly, it constitutes the ideal starting point for a family stay in Morbihan. In summer, enjoy its enclosed garden with terrace and its barbecue. Just 10 km away, enjoy the large beach of Carnac and the Quiberon peninsula with its wild coast and beaches well known to surfers.



Enter through the entrance door and discover a large living room of 60 m², opening directly onto the terrace and garden. The open kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and induction hobs), offers you everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster and a Senseo coffee maker are also available. Share your meals around the dining table, inside or outside on beautiful days. In the evening, relax in the quiet living area, comfortably seated on the sofa facing the television, near the decorative fireplace.



The accommodation has 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – 1st floor: a Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 – 1st floor: a Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 – 2nd floor: a large dormitory of 40 m² with 6 single beds (90 x 190 cm), a bathroom and private toilets.

A 4th sleeping area, located on the 1st floor, is equipped with a sofa bed offering additional sleeping space.



In addition to the dormitory bathroom, a second shared bathroom is located on the first floor and includes a shower, toilets and a hairdryer. A third independent toilet completes the accommodation.



A washing machine, a travel cot, a high chair, as well as an ironing board and an iron are also at your disposal.
