The studio is located in a neighborhood close to everything you need to spend your time in peace and harmony. Restaurants, gas stations, supermarkets, shops, etc.
Shops, restaurants, the Botanical Gardens, the Naples Zoo, Celebration Park, and the Brewery are within walking distance. Olde Naples' famous 5th Ave, Naples beaches, and numerous public parks, tennis courts, and golf courses are just minutes away.
Pets are welcome, paying a pet fee.
When you enter the property with your vehicle, go straight on the driveway and you will find the access door to the studio, which is RED. Please park your vehicle there.
NOTE: Attached to the studio is the main house, which is completely separate and will not share anything with you. They park your car in front of the garage, please do not interrupt their entry or exit.
Please review the following house rules as guidelines for lodging.

- All adult guests visiting and staying at the property must submit a copy of their photo ID no later than 1 day before check-in
- It is forbidden to smoke inside the house, if you do it outside, please throw the butts in a garbage can.
- Drugs or illegal activities are not allowed. The reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund.
- Parties and events are not allowed. Without exceptions! The reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund, a fee will be charged
$500 and local police will be called to escort you out.
- It is strictly forbidden to light candles inside the house.
- Do not throw feminine products, diapers, or any object that could clog the toilets.
- If you bring your pet, they are NOT allowed on the beds or sofas. We know pets are furry kids, and we have some too, but fur left on soft surfaces will incur an additional charge.
- Use the doggie bags provided to pick up any feces outside in the backyard and dispose of them in the trash bins.
- If damage occurs, notify us immediately.
- Close doors and windows properly every time you leave the house.
- Don't forget to take out the trash on the day.
