We do not supply shampoo or body wash due to everyone's unique skin needs and avoid potential reactions.

We are excited to welcome you to our vacation home in Glendale, Arizona. The pool heat pump will be set to 90 degrees, however, due to near freezing temperatures in the winter season and changes in weather, it may drop below the set temperature. No worries as the pool heater will be on and running 24/7 during your stay. The ideal swimming times are between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.

For liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Glendale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & removal of this listing on multiple platforms.

Security System: All cameras have video/audio & will be on during your stay.

Please ensure that children are supervised while using the pool and playground.
Glass is not allowed by the pool. If broken glass is found, an additional fee will be charged for draining and refilling the pool for proper cleaning.

We loved staying at this property. Our daughter was able to play from sun up to sun down and loved every minute of it. The only downside was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable. We will definitely stay here again though, just for the amenities and for all the toddler friendly toys/etc

This place was great for us 6 adults, 4 small kids. Large living room/rec/kitchen. Pool and outdoor space was perfect with kids. Nice personal touches with free coffee, creamer, extra ice, plenty of towels/pillows. Great communication as well.

After meeting in school and graduating, we decided to stay in Arizona to start our family. Finally, in December 2021, we decided to move back to the Midwest to be closer to family.

To keep a connection to the warmth of Arizona, we decided to host and share our love for the state with others.
