This pleasant holiday home comprises a living room with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, mini-oven, dishwasher, microwave), opening onto the lounge with a sofa and flat-screen TV, and a separate WC. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a second bedroom with two single bunk beds (90 cm) (please note that the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old). There is also a shower room with a walk-in shower, a washing machine, and an enclosed garden with garden furniture. A private parking space is located 30 m from the house. Pets are not allowed. End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants.

La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
