This modern villa in Moraira (Pinar del Advocat district) is only approx. 1.5 km from the city center and the city beach L'Ampolla. The villa is south facing and offers sun all day and a breathtaking 180 ° sea view.

This villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is perfect for up to 8 people. The property is surrounded by a natural stone wall and offers appropriate privacy.

The large infinity pool (10 * 4.5m; 1.2-1.6m deep) can be heated and can therefore also be used in spring and autumn for bathing at pleasant temperatures. Relaxation is guaranteed in the integrated whirlpool or hammock.
Outside there is a charcoal grill (inside the pool bar) and a modern gas grill.
In the evening, you can end the day on the terrace with a view of the illuminated pool (possibly by the fireplace).

The spacious living room, dining room and high-quality country-style kitchen are on the ground floor. Next to it is a guest room with a double bed and adjoining bathroom (with shower, toilet and bidet).

The kitchen is equipped with two large fridge-freezers, a Nespresso capsule machine, ceramic hob, hob, microwave and kettle.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms each have a shower, toilet and bidet. The large, Moorish-style bathroom also has a whirlpool for 2 people, which invites you to relax under the LED starry sky.

The ground and upper floors are equipped with central air conditioning. In the colder seasons, the villa is heated with underfloor heating. In addition, a total of 3 stoves are optionally available for an individual feel-good atmosphere.

Access to the Internet via WLAN is possible throughout the house.

- The day of arrival is generally Saturday from June-August. Another day of arrival (e.g. for a longer stay) is only possible by arrangement. Please do not make an immediate booking with a different arrival date without prior agreement.
- Bed linen / internet use / water / heating are already included in the rental price
- When using the pool heating (months 03-05; 10-11) there is a flat fee of € 25 / day
- Electricity consumption in the summer months (June-September) is charged at € 0.30/KWh if it exceeds 80 KWh/day
- Towel package is included (1 large shower towel and 2 towels each per person) - no beach towel available
- An additional deposit of € 300 will be charged for use of the separate whirlpool (new from 2023) The separate whirlpool is closed in the months of July and August (to prevent soiling from sunscreen)
