Alistair and Rosie live near the City of Bath in the UK. We both love gardening and being close to nature, and as a family, we enjoy golf, swimming (and watersports in general), and tennis. We visit the villa regularly throughout the year and welcome like-minded guests.
Why they chose this property
Moraira and the Costa Blanca have been drawing holidaymakers for decades. We fell in love with the area some fifteen years ago. It is easy to get to, located midway between Alicante and Valencia, and has excellent beaches and a great selection of restaurants.
What makes this property unique
Situated on a large private plot, with well-developed mature gardens and generous accommodation spread across two floors. The property is ideally situated within easy walking distance of numerous high-quality restaurants, bars, and the small, local beach of Cala L'Andrago. There is no need to hire a car, but if you wish to explore, many local sites are worth visiting.
