This beautiful villa...was a sight to see, when we finally arrived after travelling from Britain in this hot weather. We had three adults and two children. So a four bedroom was just perfect. Each one with its own bathroom. Very well decorated and with a modern twist. The lounge and dinner area had everything needed for a holiday away. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary utensils. The only small problem, there wasn't enough room in the cupboards to put our food shopping as we didn't want to leave it out on the worktop. There was A/C in all rooms which were on a timer...very good idea. Didn't take long to cool the rooms down. The outside pool area had plenty of sunbeds, and umbrellas that could be moved around with ease. There was a lovely dinning area which was fabulous for us all to sit together at lunchtime. The owners were very helpful in pointing us in the right direction regarding local restaurants and bars. Lots were within walking distance and we felt welcomed by all. I would definitely recommend this stunning Villa and the area. We stayed for one week but we could have stayed longer.

Alistair and Rosie live near the City of Bath in the UK. We both love gardening and being close to nature, and as a family, we enjoy golf, swimming (and watersports in general), and tennis. We visit the villa regularly throughout the year and welcome like-minded guests.

Why they chose this property

Moraira and the Costa Blanca have been drawing holidaymakers for decades. We fell in love with the area some fifteen years ago. It is easy to get to, located midway between Alicante and Valencia, and has excellent beaches and a great selection of restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Situated on a large private plot, with well-developed mature gardens and generous accommodation spread across two floors. The property is ideally situated within easy walking distance of numerous high-quality restaurants, bars, and the small, local beach of Cala L'Andrago. There is no need to hire a car, but if you wish to explore, many local sites are worth visiting.
