Private luxury villa with own pool, minutes from the Mediterranean sea. Covered balcony with sofas and dinning table give you the opportunity to enjoy the outside lifestyle popular in this exclusive part of the Costa Blanca, some sea views. Spacious, 4,000 sq ft house with separate Games room. Open plan living area with full kitchen, additional internal dinning room, lounge with 42'' flat screen TV, sound surround system with Internet radio, and Apple TV.
Upstairs two Master bedrooms (one King bed, one Queen) each with en-suite facilities and both have sea views from the large terrace. Ideal for two couples. On ground floor as well as the living area find third bedroom (Queen bed) and separate bathroom. Go down one more floor to a twin bed bedroom and bathroom. On this floor there is also a two car garage and a large games room. All bedrooms have air-con.
Garden has lawn and fruit trees and extensive pines, ideal for lazing away those sunny days - over 320 per year.
Nearest town is Moraira a ten-fifteen minute walk away. There are many things to do on the coast and major cities (Valencia, Alicante and Bennidorm) are all within an hours drive.

This property is excellent. The villa has top quality everything and is in the perfect location, with a choice of restaurants a short walk away (10 minutes at a slow pace downhill, so a touch longer on the way back)

Beautiful villa in a great location

Lovely villa close enough to Moraira but with enough space to be peaceful. The best bit of the villa is the outside space. Lovely balcony esq dining area which is always out of the sun and incredible pool and garden. We had a great stay and would love to come back!

We had a great stay at Villa Gloria. The Villa has got everything you'd need. The kitchen and bedrooms are great but it's the outside space that makes this villa fabulous. There's plenty of space for lounging in the sun (for our daughter) and comfortable seating in the shade (for the elderly in-laws). There's a large sun umbrella; lots of sun loungers; a large table for outside dinning that seats up to eight people and a gas BBQ upon which I chard numerous steaks and kebabs.The local supermarket is about 5 mins drive away (a car is recommended unless your up for a some hard walking).The Villa is in a quiet residential location, nestled amongst pine trees and restaurants are about 3 mins drive away.We've stayed in numerous villas over the years and this was one of the best - we'd go back.

We have just returned from an excellent week at GloriAnn. The villa served all our needs with a lovely open plan kitchen / dining / living area that opened up onto the outdoor eating / seating area which included a large gas BBQ and lots of shade from the heat of the sun. The pool provided us with hours of fun, as did the games room which was fully utilised well by our 11 year old! The kitchen was very well equipped and the bedrooms were kept lovely and cool with the well needed air conditioning. Location wise, it was a pleasant walk into Moraira to lots of bars and restaurants. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Beautiful well located home!

We had an amazing time in this very well-equipped home. we had one small difficulty with a running toilet in the beginning and the property manager was very responsive with a solution and even brought by a bottle of champagne. It was quite warm while we were there but with the a/c going in the bedrooms it kept the whole home cool. The only thing I would suggest is putting a/c in the game room. It was so warm in there we couldn’t really use it, and we had looked forward to that. Oh well, more time in the pool!

Amazing villa with amazing views and very accessible to Moraira

We have just returned from Glori Ann and I don’t normally leave reviews, but having had the most glorious of weeks here, I felt I really needed to write a few words. Everything was perfect with this villa - position, pool, amenities, views, welcome pack was hugely appreciated and communication with both the property managers and owner was excellent. Sometimes when booking villas, the villa information can be misleading, but in this instance the blurb is very much understated. The photos do not do the villa justice and it is an easy stroll down to Algas and one of our favourite restaurants, El Chamizo, over looking the sea. Plenty of great supermarkets nearby, Pepe le Sal was our preferred as the meat/fish counters were amazing! The local medical centre is literally at the bottom of the hill, which came in most useful as I had an ear infection!! All in all, we have had a great week and would have no hesitation in booking Glori Ann again - many thanks Suzi :-)

Wonderful villa

We all really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. The villa is finished to a very high spec, with large, bright rooms and very modern. The pool area was perfect and we enjoyed our time on the Veranda and the upstairs terrace with a view of the sea. It is located in a lovely, peaceful and upmarket area. I would thoroughly recommend this villa, it is stunning.

The villa is very well presented in a secluded location but with pleasing sea views from both the living rooms as well as the main bedrooms The villa is impressively well specced and includes a good sized swimming pool a fully equipped games room and surround sound TV equipment Rooms are a very good size and are light and airy and very well appointed A covered external terrace provides good views of the sea as well as a comfortable and spacious area for relaxation Also present in this area is a high quality barbecue installation The villa is located a short distance away from the sea front with a number of restaurants and shops within walking distance In all, the villa is a splendid location to enjoy a relaxing stay close to the Coast and within easy reach of all of the facilities Moraira has to offer

Simply amazing !!! The villa is stunning !!!

The pictures do not do this villa justice. The place is simply amazing, all furnished to the highest quality. The games room gets a special mention, as it is where we spent a lot of our time, sheltering from the midday sun, or for a bit of games fun before venturing out for the evening. To have pool, darts, table tennis and table football to hand was an absolute dream. The pool is in a beautiful setting with lovely, well tendered gardens and sea views, and plenty of sun lounger space. The poolside shower is also very useful, if you just want cooling off rather than a full dunk in the pool. The location is ideal, with a short walk to the nearest beach, although up hill on the way back, it is still a pleasant walk. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance too. Our favourites were Magia, el pollo loco and el Chamizo. Calpe beach, although busy, was our favourite. Very safe and sandy, with plenty of parking available within a 5 minute walk. The Moraira Friday market is a must, quality products and a great place to amble for hours. This villa is by far the greatest holiday place we have stayed in. Thank you for a fantastic holiday !!!

Nothing less than perfect.

In September 2016 we stayed for 2 weeks with family (6 adults) in this beautiful villa, it was our second visit, to say it is wonderful doesn't adequately describe the villa, to us it is perfect. The property is easily as beautiful as described and if anything the pictures do not really do it justice, we had a great stay. On arrival there was a very welcome, Welcome pack including cheese, ham, crisps, milk, butter, bread, beer and wine, everything you need after travelling, when you don't really want to go out shopping. The house is superbly decorated and equipped to a very high standard, the garden is beautifully landscaped and the pool is wonderful, a great size and if you are feeling a little energetic it has a resistance swimming jet, really great. There is a large covered patio area, great if you want some time out of the sun during the day, or for relaxing in the evening. Also great for eating al fresco, there is a dining table and chairs and a gas barbecue close by. Location is great, just 3 minutes drive from the centre of Moraira and a few hundred yards to the nearest beach and beach bar at Algas. Moraira has some excellent restaurants which include just about every cuisine in the world. Contact with Simon the owner was superb, we received an extremely comprehensive email which included very clear directions to the villa, useful information about the villa and also Moraira, the town, beaches, markets etc and suggested places to visit. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the villa to family and friends.

Villa Gloriann

This was our 3rd visit to this wonderful villa and it lived up to all the expectations we have come to expect. I really can't add anything more to what has already been said about the villa. It suits our family needs of four adults and 3 young children. The area is not at all touristy and has plenty to chose from in terms of restaurants and supermarkets. The Ifach golf club will suit golfers of all grades. It is just right for economic 9 holes with great views. Beaches are a drive away and can get crowded so go early. Their is an information pack in the villa which gives great advice as to where to go, eat, drink, markets etc. Air conditioning and heated pool were a great bonus.

A really lovely spacious property. Very clean, with everything we could possibly want. All decor and furnishings were gorgeous and tastefully put together. We loved picking lemons from the beautiful garden and the pool was really welcome in the heat. We immediately felt relaxed on arrival. There was a thoughtful selection of food and drinks waiting for us. The surroundings are very peaceful, with plenty of great restaurants only a few minutes away in a car.

Lovely villa. Great stay.

We had a great time staying here. The weather was amazing for the time of year - 30 degrees on some days. The kids loved the pool and the beach in the town was really child friendly. The town itself was lovely - I've heard it's busy in high season but was quiet when we went. Really relaxing.

Villa GloriAnn

This was our second visit to this luxury villa and was as enjoyable as the first time. Exceptionally well appointed and clean and with a great location and privacy. The heated pool was great and allowed our grandchildren to swim every day and become confident little water babies! The adults enjoyed the pool, shade, BBQ,air conditioning and general amenities including the games room. Security of the villa is excellent and it is within walking distance of a couple of very good restaurants and the sea. Excellent holiday thanks. Listing was accurate. The owner was very helpful and I would recommend it.

We arrived at Villa Gloriann at 1am to a very welcome Welcome pack which was very good and enjoyed by all.The villa was really beautiful far nicer than l had anticipated.The pool and garden were just gorgeous and we spent a very happy week relaxing around it.The games room was a great advantage and lots of fun was had there. There was also a good library and dvd collection. Moraira is a very pretty town with lovely shops and plenty of nice restaurants.We had visited Moraira before so decided to try some of the restaurants outside the town.one of the favourites was El Chamiso excellent seafood and a stunning location.gemisant was also very popular with good food and reasonably priced and within walking distance of Gloriann. Simon was very pleasant and we found the villa and gained access without any trouble.He was also extremely accomodating to us with arrival and departure times. We sincerely hope to visit this beautiful villa again and thank you for a most relaxing stay

Fantastic Villa

We stayed at Glorian for a week in early April. I cannot fault it. The pool and the gardens were fantastic – making me never want to leave it - and always happy to get back there. The surrounding area was great too. We had never been to Meraira before - so many lovely restaurants and lots to do. The inside of the Villa had every think you could possibly want. Most of all we enjoyed having the games room. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

Two enthusiastic Swedes

GloriAnn is an excellent villa in a quiet area. Walking distance to the beach and Moraira town. Beautiful garden with lemon-, palm- and pomegranate trees. The listing photos did absolutely reflect the rental´s appearance and amenities. The property was clean and tidy when we arrived. All information about the villa e.g. electrical equipments was easy to find and to understand.The system how to collect the key was simple and convenient. The owner of the villa was very helpful and forwarded all information that we asked for without delays which is important! Many good restaurants nearby. Villages such as Calpe with Penyal dÌlfach, Denia and Javea were interesting to visit. Do not forget also to visit Valencia and it´s Mercado Central. Impressing! SUMMARY: We really enjoyed our stay in GloriAnn. Best vacation for a long time. We will certainly recommend this villa to friends and relatives. Hope to return soon again.

Villa Gloriann

The listing description was accurate regarding the property and location. The photos of the property were an accurate reflection of the villa although photos can never convey 100% realism. The villa was exceptionally clean and well maintained and equipped with everything that one might need. It was especially good to have pool towels provided and a welcome pack of provisions. All questions we asked were well covered by the owner and communications were excellent. We would definitely recommend this property to others. The property is on a hill and although 800 meters from the sea front, in temperatures of mid 30's C, it was not an easy walk up and down and the roads are quite twisty and narrow. Not a lot of traffic but enough to be careful. There are plenty of restaurants within an easy drive and the Masymas supermarket is 5/10 mins drive away. The best restaurant we found for value and quality was The Olive Tree. If you like curry (even in hot weather) the Kathmandu opposite offers good quality and value and also take away. Unless you like crowds and touristy places we found it best to avoid Calpe, although the drive there along the coast is a lot of fun on a very twisty road. Very pleasant walking in the evening along the paseo in Moraira but not a great deal happening. A good tapas restaurant we found was Terra Vina. Location not terrific but food and value very good. Great place for an evening drink was the Yacht club upper bar at sunset. A bit of a bun fight at the Night and Day bar overlooking the small beach just below the villa but great fun for people watching. Plenty of other good restaurants visited and liked eg Ca Pepe. Excellent holiday thanks

Everything you Need (and more)

Four couples, all slightly over 63, stayed at this Villa for 3 weeks, (with cars and GPS). There is plenty of space for 8 and the Villa is furnished for comfort. It is bright, cheery, clean and the only extra we bought was another corkscrew!There is a gas bar-b-cue on the large patio, great for seafood dinners. A walk to Moraria, part of which winds along a pathway next to the Mediterranean, takes about 15 minutes. There are numerous grocery stores close by and loads of restaurants and bars. It is a beautiful area, not too touristy, and has retained the charm of a small fishing village with all conveniences. There are many wonderful trips to villages along the coast, & the welcoming charm of the people, the history, and scenic countryside make this area a delight to visit. We would recommend this property.
