A beautiful, private retreat featuring two 75-inch smart TVs, updated appliances and a children's library. This cute cottage-like house is in a quaint neighborhood with very convenient access to local restaurants, shopping centers and the interstate. Only 5 miles from Silicon Slopes, the heart of Utah's tech industry. Easily access seven different ski resorts within a one-hour drive. Close to local Universities: 15 miles to BYU, 10 miles to UVU, 35 miles to U of U. Please note, this property does have stairs at the entrance and also inside to get to the downstairs bedrooms, bath and laundry. Extra pet fee applies.
