• 5 bed/ 5.5 bath
• Sleeps 11 comfortably
• Located in Shock Hill
• Interiors by RH

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property - 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a private balcony off the primary bedroom, a private deck with inline gas grill and outdoor furniture, and a private patio with a hot tub (the fire pit is currently out-of-order).
The Neighborhood:
Bootsy’s Basecamp is located in Breckenridge’s most exclusive, multi-million dollar neighborhood, known for its stunning mountain architecture, hundreds of miles of Nordic Ski trails, and the perk of the only private access gondola in town.
For winter alpine adventure-
Bootsy’s is located along the gondola route and is a one-minute walk from the house. Once you’re on the gondola, the ride to the resort or town is less than five minutes.
You also have the option of walking into town, which is a short 20-minutes along a paved road- or taking the scenic route via beautiful hiking trails.
In the winter months, the gondola runs from 8:30am-5pm. It closes briefly in the off-season (May - June, and Sept - Mid-Nov) for maintenance. For the most up-to-date gondola hours and information, visit Breck Connect’s website.
Restaurants and Nightlife
With Main Street being just a 5-minute gondola ride from the base camp, exploring the eclectic restaurant and nightlife scene in Breck could not be easier.
Best on-the-go breakfast and coffee:
Unravel Coffee at Gravity Haus
Semplice Cafe
Cuppa Joe Cafe
Best dinner (quality food, but casual wear):
Blue River Bistro
Rootstalk
The Blue Fish (great happy hour)
Aurum
Best dinner for kids:
Downstairs at Erics
Giampietros
Casual Lunch:
The Cheese Shop for sandwiches
Yo Mammas Cantina
For Fine Dining/ Celebratory:
Beano’s Cabin in Beaver Creek
Alpenglow Stube in Keystone
Traveling with kids?
Be sure to check out the Breckenridge Troll, as well as Main Street Station which is the hub of the town and the location for many fun events, like paddle boarding on Maggie Pond, and the Sunday Farmer’s Market (summer months only). It is also where you will find the best candy shop in Summit County. In the Winter, you are just a 5-minute ride to ski school as well, making everything super easy for the entire fam.
Ski Bum?
The location of Bootsy’s means that you won’t have to sacrifice sleep to get on the mountain early. Come back to the base camp for lunch or to warm up and head back out to shred the gnar. Incredibly convenient for the powder hounds of the group.
Not a skier?
Enjoy the day reading a book by the fireplace, or head to Main Street for people-watching, shopping, and Summit County’s diverse food scene.
Into Wellness?
Dryland Fitness, Bhava Yoga, and Psycle 9600 are all just a quick gondola ride from Bootsy’s and offer great options for group classes. Bhava also hosts stand-up paddleboard yoga classes on Maggie Pond in the summer months.
For a mountain massage, we suggest Samandi Healing Arts Studio or Breckenridge Bliss Mobile Massage who are available to do services at the base camp with advance notice.
Happy Trails to you-
Hiking/ biking trails are aplenty in the neighborhood as this is a hike-in-hike-out property. For something on the easier side, we suggest Burro Trail, and to turn it into moderate keep going up to Francie’s Cabin. For more on the moderate to hard end, check out Crystal Lake or Mohawk Lakes in Blue River. To really kick it into high gear, 14er Quandary Mountain, but be prepared for a full day, and check weather conditions before you go.
Must-do’s Winter:
Cross Country Ski out the back door- special rates available at the nearby Nordic Center
Snowshoe Lower McCollough in Blue River
Dog Sledding- Good Times Adventure Tours
Must do’s- Summer:
Sunday Farmers Market in Main Street Station
Rent bikes and head to Frisco for a long, scenic ride to lunch at the Butterhorn Deli (then take the public bus back to Breck if your legs are too tired)
Hike amongst the incredible Colorado wildflowers
Getting Around:
If you’d like to get sized for boots and skis but skip the trip to the ski shop, Ski Butlers will come to you!
Other Things to Note:
• Wildlife Caution - please note that there have been wildlife sightings around the home in the past. Please proceed with caution when outdoors, and do not approach any wildlife.
• For your safety and knowledge, please follow all available instructions for the specific amenities.
• Please turn off all fireplaces when not in use
• Cameras and Noiseaware - 3 cameras outside only - outside the garage, at the front entrance, and on the balcony pointing at the grill. This property is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-safe decibel monitor that does not record conversations.
• Snow removal - In the winter months, the snow removal service begins as early as 5am and they are responsible for shoveling the driveway and hot tub area. This means those sleeping in the bedroom adjacent to the hot tub will likely wake up to the noise. For this reason, we suggest putting the earliest risers, or soundest sleepers in this room.
