Enjoy the modern cottage build that was just completed in 2020! New kitchen and bathroom, new lighting, paint, floors and furnishings throughout, including brand new super comfy bed, 4k HD TV and lightning fast WiFi.

Kitchen has all the essentials if you're inclined to make a meal, enjoy the complimentary coffee and tea.

Our place is perfect for business travelers (3.7-miles to Shasta Regional Medical Center; 4.9-miles to Mercy Medical Center), solo adventurers and couples.

***100% of the cottage will be accessible to you. However, the backyard is reserved for the guest staying in the main house.***

This home is the absolute best spot to hide away in while you relax, refresh, laugh and swap stories after work or play in Redding.

Exactly what I needed for a 30 day stay. Clean, well supplied, T.V. and Internet.

Quiet neighborhood with grocery stores, mall, fast food, and hiking trails nearby. Would gladly stay there again should the need arise.
