This was a great house for our family. Had everything we needed, was great for our pets, and was cozy and felt like home away from home. Host was very responsive and friendly. Definitely will return if possible during future trips to the area.
We stayed one night travelling from Socal to the PNW so didn't get to enjoy all the home had to offer. The home is an older 2 bedroom, but has been beautifully updated, including textured walls, hardwood floors, comfortable bed, and well-appointed kitchen. Our only suggestion would be to add a light for the backyard
The property owner was the sweetest and so helpful. The courtyard was so cute, the house was ever more cute than the pictures. I loved how cozy and charming it was, simple and charming. 5 stars for a dual coffee maker. Very dog friendly, very kid friendly.
The owner communicated promptly. The home was comfortable and clean. Ours was a quick trip but the home fit our family well and the beds were comfy. The backyard was big enough for our fur baby.
The house was very clean and beautiful. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, a grill, washer and dryer, etc. Felt like home. And very convenient to freeway, gas station and supermarket. Would stay here again for sure. Very quiet neighborhood.
The home is located close to town in a nice neighborhood. The house was very comfortable. It is decorated cozy and cute. I would recommend this house and stay again if an opportunity arises.
The owner was very responsive to any questions I had and kind. The home was clean and comfortable and well stocked to be a home away from home! The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on away from home! Definitely will be booking again!
The house and property were so cute, there was so much attention to detail. Everything we wanted was right at our fingertips.
We did have some trouble finding the contact info for checkout and finally sent a reply email to VRBO, I hope she got it.
We found Minnie very communicative. The place was well appointed and exceeded our expectations. A great introduction to VRBO places for my nephew.
This place was very convenient for our trip to the Redding, CA area and we enjoyed side trips to the Sundial Bridge, Shasta Caverns and Burney Falls.
We would definitely rent here again if we travel to the Redding, CA area.
This two bedroom cottage was beautifully decorated and completely stocked with everything from garlic pepper to olive oil. It was accented with wood tables and lovely art and it was only one block from the interstate. We were attending a conference, so we traveled a lot, but we still cooked breakfast there, as well as packed some lunches when we had free time to go out exploring. The bed in the master bedroom was heavenly. The towels and linens were very high-quality. We absolutely loved this property.
Here due to an unexpected family death. It has been a chaotic week and the moment I stepped into Minnie’s home, I literally had tears falling down my face. Her home was so welcoming and comforting. She was my first Vrbo experience and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Not only was her home comforting, she was as well!
I cannot say “thank you” enough!
The house was great! We had planned on going to breakfast then come back and shower before our long trip back to the coast. However we were locked out at 9:20 in the morning. Thank goodness we had loaded our belongings prior. Trying to reach the property owner to let them know we were leaving didn't work. We kept getting a error code.
Host was excellent and accommodated all needs. Highly recommend to stay here with a hassle free process!

I’ve been married to my best friend Dustin for 25 years and we are busy raising our two children. We love spending quality time with family and friends any opportunity we get.
I enjoy hosting and making everyone feel welcome, be it with good food or a comfortable setting where they can relax and feel at home. During your stay I am available to answer questions or assist guest from 7am-10pm daily.
Why they chose this property
We love it’s central location and it’s easy access on and off the freeway to take you to the many beautiful recreational areas that surround us.
What makes this property unique
This home was built in the 40s and we when we first saw it we could see so much potential in this cute cottage home. With some TLC we’ve managed to bring back some of its original charm and as she started to shine we thought it would be a great home to share.
