Step outside through the ranch doors where you can sit and enjoy the cute back patio.
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac and nice neighborhood on Alamine Drive, Redding CA. We offer visitors to Redding the opportunity to have your own fully equipped home. It is a seven minute drive to Bethel, and walking using the short cuts takes around 30 minutes. Shops are just down the road too (can use short cut if walking). Close to Trader Joes, shopping mall, food outlets and cafés.
Three bedrooms: King with private walk in bathroom, Queen (tempur-pedic bed), third room has a three twins (bunk and bed).
NB. Garage fits one car comfortably or two smaller cars. There is parking for one or two smaller cars on the driveway in front of the garage.
Guest Amenities:
Fully equipped kitchen (new refrigerator, new gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher etc), relaxing comfortable living room, dining room and outdoor patio, fresh cotton linen, desk, night stands, wifi internet, central air conditioning, parking off street, laundry facilities.
Pet friendly:
We have a gated back yard and are open to you bringing your dog (or two). We would like to know what kind of dog you have and if it is house trained etc. There is a one off fee for your dog.
Please keep dogs off the couches to avoid claw scratches unless you have put down a heavy blanket or their bedding.
Please bring their own bedding, and clean up after them.
No cats allowed.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is tranquil, and at the end of a quiet street which backs onto a reserve.
The location is very central (just off Hilltop), and guests love being able to walk or take a very short car ride to a lot of great things nearby;
Walk your dog in the reserve a stone's throw away
Go for a jog or bike down the river trail to the Sacramento river and iconic Sundial bridge
Get great Thai at Champa Garden
Shop for healthy items at Trader Joes or Sprouts
Get on the highway 5 just up the road to head out to Mt Shasta or Lassen
Drive 7 minutes to Bethel Church.
Getting around:
Being a central location, walking is doable and as mentioned can take up to 30 minutes walking to get to Bethel or 10 minutes to the shops. The public transport system is limited.
Please note - we keep the cleaning cost reasonable and pay our cleaner relative to how many stay in the house using the beds (adults and children). Hence the low base rate, with an added small incremental charge (per person) for groups of more than 2 people. Please honor this by registering number staying so I can keep my cleaner happy!
