Welcome to The Sellers Ranch House!

This large home has been our haven for many years and we're excited to share it with you now! We have put so much love and care into making this a unique get-away for you and your family!

You'll be close to all this area has to offer! Close to shops, restaurants, parks, lakes, rodeo grounds, fair grounds, etc! There is ample space for your boats, RVs, classic cars- you name it!

This home was so bright and clean, and the perfect place to bring our family together over a wedding weekend. The location was perfect as we flew into Redding airport. The floorpan is spacious and comfortable, allowing everyone to have enough space to do whatever they wanted, whether it was playing ping pong or taking a nap. Also, our hosts were very gracious when we arrived into town early and allowed us to check in to the house earlier than anticipated. I would definitely stay here again.

Hi, My wife and 4 kids stayed at this lovely home located in a beautiful neighborhood in southeast Redding Ca. The property was laid out nice and relaxing. The pool and spa were beautifully kept and the family meet here daily. The home is roomy with lots of little nooks to spreed out kids enjoyed the smart tv. The kitchen is awesome, loved the oven and the cupboard space, and the couters are endless. The dinning areas are spacious and a great place to gather playing games and chatting. My favorite place was morning coffee by the pool side. The beds were comfy and everything was clean and well kept. The Host were all wonderful. God bless you all for taking such good care of my family and I!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home is incredibly spacious—plenty of room for our large group to spread out and relax. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed to cook full meals at home, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The backyard was a highlight: a large open space with a beautiful pool and spa, perfect for hanging out and soaking up the sun. This rental had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for comfort, convenience, and space!

If you stay here, make sure you RECORD everything before settling in. The owner blamed us for damages that we did not cause. Zero communication and does not reply back. I took photos of any damages we seen exactly at check in time with my watch to document the time.This house had leaky faucets. Leaky shower heads. Running sprinkler houses all day with puddles of water on the front of the property. Damaged walls in the kitchen, dirty silverware and mold in the fridge. Hair in the sheets from previous renters.They remotely control the AC via wifi and don’t let you lower the temperature, we stayed there during a week of 100 degrees daily and they controlled the temp utter from afar. We would move it down and it would change back to a higher temp shortly after.The pool was nice BUT they have no trees or bushes to keep the CREEPY nosey perverted neighbors from watching us over the fence daily. The fence is barely 4 feet high and give no privacy while in the pool or spa. They also have cameras on their property.Family of 6 with a Service Dog. Tedding is beautiful. We visited, The Dam, The Sundial, Shasta Caverns, Mount Shasta, Fairy Waterfall Trail, Botanical Gardens and other trails and hikes.This house was roomy, but had a lot of rules and flaws.At the moment, I would NOT RECOMMEND this home!
