The house was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Was very homey, just like staying at your Aunties houseMolly was responsive and helpful to all questions. Watching the river is priceless, so relaxing. Having the pool mid July is a must here in Anderson, I assumed the pool was in the back yard, (my assumption, not miss-represented) however it is located in the front yard at the driveway. Not a deal killer but would have been nice to have it in the back yard over looking the river, with easier access to the hot tub and bathroom.

I rented the River House for us to stay after my grandkids 8th grade graduation. The pictures accurately represent the property. Beautiful views along the Sacramento River. Peaceful, but close to shops & restaurants. Spacious too. Molly was able to answer some minor questions we had in a timely manner. Fun family time.

The property was easy the find, clean and roomy and very well stocked. The river access for fishing was amazing…. We caught several fish (through them back) and the pool was a hit with everyone!!!

Peaceful and relaxing

We had a wedding in town. Took some great pictures on the back patios. Did a little fishing, caught my first rainbow trout. And spent a lot of family time in the pool. We will definitely be back.
