This condo was designed to give priority to the views by making wide and open spaces. Comfortable and cozy one bedroom condos, with the best view of La Madera beach.

The Neighborhood:
Zihuatanejo, a small, picturesque fishing village on Mexico's Pacific coast, has retained its old-fashioned fishing village charm, with quaint cobblestone streets, local markets, craft stores and cafes. Local activity is concentrated around the main beach, where you can watch the fishermen arrive with their morning catch and dine on fresh seafood accompanied by a tasty lime margarita while mariachis sing lullabies late into the night.

Getting Around:
In Zihuatanejo everything is close by! There is no traffic either.

What a view!

We had an wonderful stay at Kau Kan. The unit is incredible and has an amazing view of the beach and the city. It's walkable to both Playa Madera and Playa Ropa, and it's not a far walk all the way to the downtown area. There's also a taxi stand right outside, which is super handy for getting around if you don't want to walk. The rooftop pool is also a huge plus. Would definitely return here!

Just Perfect

The location is perfect. It is situated between Playa La Rosa and Madeira Beach and up on a hillside giving the most spectacular views. The bed was very comfortable. The condo had everything you could possibly need. Lucy was always available and is super accommodating and friendly. Looking forward to a return visit!
