The condo is in a safe secure building (security guard on site 24/7 and maintenance staff on site) with a pristine pool and sundeck that offers breathtaking panoramic views of Zihuatanejo's beaches, swooping birds, jumping fish, elegant sailboats and the blue Pacific Ocean beyond the entrance to Zihuatanejo Bay.

Playa La Madera is a wonderful beach, only steps from the condo. It is a wide, safe, sandy beach with shallow water great for swimming, paddle boarding kayaking, boogie boarding, nice for adults, children and families to play. You can unwind at one of the excellent beachfront palapa covered cafes or indulge yourself with a relaxing beachfront massage. We can facilitate deep-sea sport fishing excursions.

Our condo is within a short and easy walk of beautiful and quaint downtown Zihuatanejo with its many romantic beachfront restaurants and colorful Mexican shops. Very affordable laundry services are only a block away.

Our Amazing Beautiful Ocean-View Condo is fully furnished with 1-3 bedrooms: a large luxurious master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a king-size pillow-top mattress and a spectacular ocean view; a second large bedroom with a king-size pillow-top mattress and walk-out balcony with a stunning panoramic town vista; and a third bedroom with a king-size bed and partial ocean view. There is also a large comfortable divan and a single pull-out bed. In addition to the 3-piece en suite bathroom, there is a second spacious 3-piece bathroom with a huge shower area. Weekly cleaning fees included. The condo has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen open to the expansive living/dining room with the most spectacular ocean view of the beach and Zihuatanejo Bay, ideal for candle-lit dinners or entertaining family and friends. For your comfort there is air conditioning, ceiling fans, high-speed wireless internet, flat-screen TV, Apple TV with Netflix, DVD player with movies, condo and beach towels, lock box, and a book-exchange library.

Our condo is non-smoking and can be rented as 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms to accommodate couples, singles, family and friends.

It is only a 10-minute stroll along the picturesque waterfront walkway and its many delightful local restaurants to beautiful old-fashioned downtown Zihuatanejo with its open-air market, distinctive shops and authentic Mexican night life. Our area of Adelita has many outstanding restaurants to choose from making it a haven for foodies. There are many fun activities available including first-class dining and shopping, fishing, deep-sea sportfishing, kayaking, boogie boarding, swimming, pickle ball, tennis, jet skiing, water tubing, basketball courts, paddle boarding, snorkeling, diving, sailing, surfing, para-sailing and cooking school. We can facilitate a variety of custom guided tours. Trendy La Ropa Beach is only a 15-minute walk away, tranquil Las Gatos beach is an easy 15 min water taxi away and Ixtapa with its El Palmar Beach, golf courses, shopping centers, and marina is only a 15-minute ride away.
